Setting up standards and guidelines for the realestate industry is one of the biggest challenges that Bharath encounters. We need to have uniform laws and guidelines on renting, leasing, buying and selling the realestate. Due to the high volume of transactions and accessibility to disadvantaged people, persons in power and rich take advantage. If we have proper system to address this issue we can significantly reduce the burden on the legal system. Also people will start taking accountability of their dealings in realestate.

Medication Safety Standards in Bharath needs to be addressed due to the use of modern medicine in every household and is being an unavoidable necessity in the current day scenario. One of the ways the developed countries are ahead of us is their policies, procedures, guidelines and documentation methodology in every nook and corner of their individual countries. It is high time for our nation to address the qualifications standards of those dispensing and supplying medicines to the public, the dispensing standards, the prescribing standards, documentation of medication records and their accessibility for the healthcare professionals when necessary. Also there is a necessity for the formation of a Therapeutic Guidelines Group who will set the standards and guidelines and keep them updated so that the treatment received by anyone will stay standard irrespective of the demographics and other factors. While accessibility to medicine is established it is time to establish the safety.

1. Smoking in PG hostels is becoming a silent demon. People smoke during night-time and creates sleepless nights, trauma and depletes the mental health. People come and leave in PG hostels for employment. I never imagined this could be a big problem. 2. I would like to share a poem. I wrote this while I am heading back from a two-day job interview. During these days, I made some new friends who also came to the interview. We spent the time together, we explored new places, and we shared our thought together. Dear PM my suggestion is regarding 1) Commercially unhygienic and unhealthy food serving in India's length and breadth. Feeling hesitant and got sick from eating outside food. Surprise visit and food sample testing measures. Role of FSSAI. 2) Fixing the unhygienic cooking process of mid day meal in many schools. 3) Poor drainage system in Indian villages and towns , cities. 4) Supply surface water treated safe drinking water to every house hold of Nation. For this countless people are getting sick every moment. For this Hospitals of every state and Central over loaded with patients. Even after building so many world class hospitals in India. This is our country's burden in the health sector also health budget. Request to look into this matter. Shedding light on this issue in "MAN KI BAAT" will benefit many citizens of India. Thank you.

Dear Sir, We must focus on travel options within our country.. Priorities 1) Road 2) Railway 3)Airports 4)Sea /river route.. We must have good buses plying between two cities Bus Stations must be world class in all cities/town...Must have good luxury buses We must speed up building world class railway stations and mew trains routes Building new Airport should be also on fasy track... Wr must work towards making out own planes in India for our needs only.. it os tough tast but not impossible Must br given Top priority to start sra/river routes.. For trains if we can not create nee tracks fast we must think of making double decker trains... So many mew ideas we have.. we must think out of box
