Dear honorable PM & HM, Kindly look at ways in which every civil secretariat across every state are modernized so that public can engage with government agencies under one roof. Currently it is observed that many of the structures have outlived their utility. The sheer size of the population and the large number of people engaging with government departments requires mega structures with facilities that are people friendly. Important decisions are made by government officials and departments which can be streamlined and automated. Setting up command and control systems within the secretariat office will allow the government to pull data and take better decisions. The flow of information based on artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning can transform governance at the district headquarters. It would also be a good idea to have CDAC set up infrastructure in every district for high powered computing for government and private sector including training programs

वहीं आवारा पशुओं से खेत के फसल की रक्षा करने वाले किसानों के लिए बड़ी दिक्कत खड़ी हो सकती है किसानो की माने तो यह सरकार का किसानों के हिसाब से गलत आदेश है ऐसे आदेशो से किसानों का नुकसान तय है सरकार या तो ऐसे छुट्टा जानवरो के लिए कोई कारगर उपाय करें जिससे खेतो की फसल का नुकसान न हो या फिर कोई अन्य कारगर योजना जमीन पर लाये ऐसे आदेश से किसानों का नुकसान होना तय है।

छुट्टा जानवरो की समस्या उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों का सबसे बड़ा सरदर्द बन चुकी हैं किसानों की फसलें छुट्टा जानवर झुंडों में आकर खा जाते हैं और किसान हाथ मलते रह जाते हैं ऐसे में कंटीले तारो से खेतों को घेर कर किसान फसलों की सुरक्षा कर रहे थे लगभग पूरे प्रदेश में गौशालाओं की स्थिति बहुत खराब है गौशालाओं में जानवर भूंख के कारण लगातार मर रहे हैं वहाँ की कुव्यवस्था जगजाहिर है ऐसे में जानवर बाहर रहते हैं तो ही सुरक्षित रहते हैं अब ऐसे आदेश से जहां छुट्टा जानवरो के जीवन को बचाने में एक अहम निर्णय माना जा सकता है।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मै अभी तक 10000 से ज्यादा अपने जन्म दिन पर कम से कम एक पौधा लगाने की ऑनलाइन शपथ तथा 10000 से ज्यादा ऑफलाइन शपथ करा चुका हू तथा मैने अभी तक छात्रों के सहयोग से 10000 से ज्यादा पौधे भी लगाए है यह मेरे प्रेरित करने का प्रयास है मैं International Save environment save earth group भी चला रहा हू जिसमे 1400 से ज्यादा सदस्य है यदि आप मन की बात में इस मुद्दे पर लोगो को अपने जन्मदिन पर एक पौधा लगाने एवम उसे पालने पर बात करे तो यह एक अच्छा प्रयास पर्यावरण के लिए होगा

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी। सादर प्रणाम। विषय- सेवानिवृति आयु संबंधी। महोदय जी, हमारे देश में सरकारी नौकरी से सेवानिवृति की आयु संबंधी अलग अलग नियम कानून बने हुए हैं। बढ़ती बेरोजगारी को देखते हुए अब इसमें एकरूपता लाने की आवश्यकता है। यदि सबका विकास करना है तो सबको अवसर प्रदान ज़रूरी है। इसलिए सेवानिवृति की अधिकतम आयु 60वर्ष या 33वर्ष का सेवाकाल, जो भी पहले हो, को लागू किया जाना चाहिए। और यह व्यबस्था देश के सभी राज्यों में एक साथ लागू की जानी चाहिए। धन्यबाद सहित।
