Bodoland Territorial Region created in Assam as if only BODO People [Scheduled Tribe (Plains)] resides in that area by signing a piece of paper at Delhi, ignoring majority Koch-Rajbongshi, Tea Tribes and Minority Muslims and other communities who are residing in that area since many hundreds years. Koch-Rajbongshi people are eligible for Scheduled Tribe (Plains), their eligibility criterias fulfilments documents/records are lying in Tribal Affairs Ministry and Tribal Research Institute since 1996, in which year the community got ST(P) status through a Presidential Order. They lost their ST(P) status due to non completion of procedure in Parliament. The community still waiting for completion of procedure in Parliament. PM Sir also assured in a meeting at Bongaigaon, Assam in 2014 that Koch-Rajbongshi people will be granted Scheduled Tribe (Plains) status. So, requested PM Sir to take steps for granting ST(P) status.

NOVEMBER 30- VIR PAZHASSI SMRITI DIWAS To Hon' PM, I would like to seek your attention on the date of ‘’30th NOV’’,which is known as- balidan diwas (martyrdom day) of Kerala lion- Vir Pazhassi Raja. Our heart reverberates, when we hear the name- Vir Pazhassi Raja, the one who is an epitome of patriotism, courage, enthusiasm and ‘never give up’ attitude. He led the Kurichiars army and encouraged everyone to fight against the British rule. Despite having offer from british, he defended our motherland and filled everyone`s heart with the spirit of courage & patriotism and still, he remains as an indomitable spirit in our blood and vein. But, Its very sad- his legend and his contribution towards Freedom Struggle remains unkown to many. So, its my humble request to mention his name and his valour in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat. Let his glory spread all over the nation and make him popular to all our countrymen to keep them inspired. Jai Vir Pazhassi Raja! Bharat Mata ki jai!

Sir, my name is Venkat Ram. I created an AI driven platform for common citizens to access immediate legal help - legal first aid in times of emergency: https://nyaysaathi.info The platform is free and available in voice and chat mode in 12 Indian languages and English. I am training the model on important laws created by the government to make them more aware of laws and regulations.

sir, reasearch and teaching talent of Indians studying and working abroad should be brought home. Recruitment to premier institutions should be updated to accommodate such talents based on their performance. we should create a conducive environment for high end research here so that funding from industries flow in. This will improve financial position of our institutions, promote our skill, contribute to our industry and even subsidize our cost of learning.
