Respected sir,
I request the Ministry to introduce compulsory ethics and self-defence classes in schools. Many issues—harassment, stalking, verbal abuse, and gender-based violence—stem from the lack of early guidance on consent, boundaries, and respect. Boys often grow up without clear instruction, while girls face the consequences daily. Schools are the only place where these values can be taught consistently and without the influence of outdated beliefs at home.
Self-defence training is equally essential. With increasing independence and mobility, girls need practical skills to protect themselves, not reliance on sprays or chance.
Subjects like art are mandatory; skills that shape behaviour and safety should be too. I request the Ministry to consider adding these modules to strengthen students’ character and create safer communities.
Thank you

Incorporating millets into your diet can be a great way to manage and prevent diabetes. Here's why:
*Benefits of Millets*
1. *Low Glycemic Index*: Millets have a low glycemic index, which means they release glucose slowly into the bloodstream, preventing sudden spikes in blood sugar levels.
2. *Rich in Fiber*: Millets are rich in dietary fiber, which slows down carbohydrate digestion and absorption, regulating blood sugar levels.
3. *Rich in Antioxidants*: Millets contain antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, associated with diabetes.
*Popular Millet Options*
1. *Jowar (Sorghum)*: Rich in fiber and antioxidants
2. *Bajra (Pearl Millet)*: High in fiber and protein
3. *Raghi (Finger Millet)*: Rich in calcium and antioxidants
4. *Kangni (Foxtail Millet)*: High in protein and fiber
*Incorporating Millets into Your Diet*
1. *Replace rice with millets*: Use millets as a substitute for rice in meals
2. *Add millets to your breakfast*: Include millets in your break

One Student – One Tree Mission:
I propose a national initiative where every student plants and nurtures one tree each year. An Environmental Responsibility Score should be added to academic records. This mission will increase green cover, promote climate resilience, and build environmentally responsible future citizens.
