Aj bhi koi bhi government kaam k liye ya toh risvat dena pdta h ya apna waqt barbaad krna pdta h,Aj bhi hmare chote chote sahar, gaon, galiya waise hi h jaise pehle thi bs unpr gharpati jyada dena pdta h yhi development hua h. Hum kaise keh rhe h ki desh aage badh rha h balki jo garib h aur garib ho rha h. Aadhe log ko piche chord kr hum kaise sirf desh aage badha skte h. 2nd thing hmara education system-q equality nhi mil rhi hume education me, q vha bhi caste system h. महोदय सुझाव है कि आज कार्यालय में आउटसोर्स पर कर्मचारी पदस्थ हैं क्या इनकी कोई जिम्मेदारी है या इनका कोई शाखा दी गई है इनकी नियुक्ति बिना परीक्षा के बिना योग्यता की अधिकारी कर्मचारी के संबंधी जनों की ही की गई है कर दी जाती है कुछ शक्तिशाली संगठन है जिनकी जनसंख्या अधिक होने के कारण हड़ताल करती है और आज वेतन वृद्धि कर दी जाती है जबकि जो व्यक्ति सीपीसीटी पास है स्नातक पास है और एक्जाम क्वालीफिकेशन करके आता है और उसका ग्रेड पे 1900 रहता है इसमें भी अंतर है कहीं 25000 से स्टार्ट होता है हर कार्य के लिए एक सहायक ग्रेड 3 जिम्मेदार होता है चाहे आउटसोर्स ऑपरेटर उसकी सुने या ना सुने । कुछ कार्यालय की स्थिति है जिसमें मात्र एक सहायक ग्रेड तीन है कई शाखाएं हैं किंतु अधिकारी व्यवस्थाओं से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है आज हर कार्य ऑनलाइन दर्ज होना चाहिए अपलोड होना चाहिए । चाहे अधिकारी कर्मचारी की उपस्थिति हो, अवकाश हो या चाहे स्कूल में, आंगनबाड़ी में बच्चों की उपस्थिति हो। जिसे हर कोई देख सके।तभी कार्यालय में अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति संभव हो सकेगी।

महोदय सुझाव है कि सड़कों का अधिक चौड़ीकरण होना चाहिए मोहल्ले की गलियों का भी चौड़ीकरण होना चाहिए सड़कों के दोनों और पेड़ों को लगाया जाना चाहिए सड़कों के पास जो कब्जा है उनको हटाया जाना चाहिए ।लोगों द्वारा नालियों पर अतिक्रमण कर लिया है उनको हटाया जाना चाहिए। सड़कों पर रोशनी की सुविधा होनी चाहिए। तालाबों का संरक्षण किया जाना चाहिए। चौराहों पर पार्किंग एवं शौचालय की सुविधा होनी चाहिए।
