Ladakh Sets a National Benchmark: Zero-Pendency Success Reflects Robust Governance and Accountability
Ladakh’s recent recognition as the best-performing Union Territory under the Zero Pendency Month of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana (PM-JAY) stands as a remarkable testament to how disciplined governance and a culture of accountability can transform public welfare delivery even in the most challenging terrains. Despite high altitudes, severe winters, dispersed settlements, and limited health infrastructure, Ladakh achieved the rare distinction of clearing every pending PM-JAY insurance claim within the designated month.
This accomplishment reflects a governance model that prioritises timely service delivery, strict process monitoring, and institution-level ownership.

Dear sir, Quantity of Agricultural products which plays important role in karnataka are not playing major role in export. Kindly govt has to fix production cost based market price as other products for agricultural products. We farners spending Rs. 200/- perl liter for production of milk and Rs. 200/- for Rice per kg including present labour charges but selling @ Rs. 30/-per liter and per kg respectively. This is the reason suecide cases of farners are increasing every year in India.
