Sir,
The people representation act has to be amended. At least 1 MLA for 2 lakh population and 1 MP for 5 Lakh population.
the existence of Rajya Sabha may be reconsidered.
There should be some restriction for establishing a political party. Election Commission has to conduct thorough verification, while recognizing a Party.
If a MLA or MP seat happens to fall vacant and the remaining period is very short, conducting election for that seat may be stopped and be conducted during the general election, it will avoid the unnecessary expenditure.
General Election should be conducted simultaneously for Assembly and Parliament once in 5 years only, At this time severe financial crisis amount can be saved.
Qualification (not Educational Qualification) for candidate has to be defined according to present scenario.
A disciplined and service minded Representative will provide good service to the concerned Constituency.
IT IS NEED OF THE TIME FOR revamping & re-organizing the procedure

The need for a new education policy was felt in the country for a long time. Three National Education Policies have been introduced in India till now. These three Policies are National Education Policy 1968, National Education Policy1986, and National Education Policy 2020. The National Education Policy 1986 was revised in the year 1992. The emphasis of previous policies on education was mainly on issues of access to education. The New Education Policy has been brought in keeping with the shortcomings of the previous education policy and the current and future needs, which can lead to large-scale transformative reforms in both the school and higher education sectors.
In June 2017, a committee was formed under the chairmanship of former ISRO chief Dr. K. Kasturi Rangan to formulate a new education policy. The draft of the National Education Policy was presented by this committee in May 2019.

• Government should support local business at villages
• Government should help increase job opportunities area wise and support or make
compulsory for employers to do that or hire local staff.
• Only those employees can go physically to work who needs to work physically or
without them work can’t be done.
This Idea is really working in the UK and other western countries so I thought to share it with you. I tried to keep it simple and short so that at least my idea will be recognised and it will help some how to improve the quality of life of people and help all of us.
Its just a small contribution I am trying to make towards Nation by giving this idea.
Regards
Avinash D

• This will really help to reshuffle everything in the economy which will be really helpful to all of us.
• Employers don’t have to have physical office and they can invest this money into employee benefits which will be motivational part to the employees hence productivity will improve.
B) To make it work the idea of WFH government need to concentrate or do some improvements by investing in villages and surrounding areas:
• Government should provide strong internet connections to the villages
• Should provide good transport facility /connectivity
• Should provide good roads
• Should invest in developing areas like public gardens, road lights, water facility,
toilets facility, electricity etc
• Proper logistics to transport goods and services to villages

Proposal – Work from home (WFH) and its advantages and disadvantages
Hello,
Myself Avinash Dhumal, I was just thinking of how I can transform my knowledge and experience regarding this work from home option which could benefit India and its economy. This proposal is in the benefit of Nation, employees and employer. As I am residing in the UK for last 16 years and recently due to covid I can see most of the economies/employers are changing their style of working and financially too. This is just a suggestion what I have been experiencing and observing the surrounding regarding work from home and how it benefiting the certain areas of the work/nation.
Since I am in the UK this govt has allowed most of the staff specially where you don’t need to be physically present in the job and which can be done by using technology are allowed most of the staff 50-50% WFH or 100% WFH.I will make this proposal short just to pass on the idea behind it.
