Respected Prime Minister, Kisan Credit Card Scheme aims at providing adequate and timely credit support from the banking system under a single window to the farmers for their cultivation & other needs. DFS under MoF GoI provides benefit of Interest Subvention (IS) at 1.5% and Prompt Repayment (PRI) at 3% to under the KCC Scheme upto Rs. 3 lakh. There is issue faced by banks where farmers are not prompt in payment of KCC loans due to waiver announcements by state governments or false promises made by opposition parties for election benefits. So banks are not providing timely credit support to eligible and hard working farmers for fear of increase in NPA. Anyways GoI makes expenditure of 4.5% on existing KCC outstanding. Instead if Govt. makes expenditure of 1-1.5% and give loan to farmers at 0-0.5% upto 3 lakh for regular borrowers and provide IS to banks 1-1.5%, inthis way GoI can save 2-2.5% expenditure and banks will provide timely credit to hardworking farmers. Win Win for all

Islamists are trying to bring India under Islam through Waqf Board. Honorable Prime Minister Modi and RSS leader Mohan Bhagwat say that Islam is also needed for the completion of India's culture. But Hindus, who see India as their mother, cannot see it that way. Bringing Mother India under Islam can be done by eliminating the Hindus here only.

Cinema Industry – crime and violence and rapes Honourable Prime Minister Ji! Namaskar! I would like to bring to your kind notice a few lines on the above-mentioned subject. They are: 1. These days cinemas are full of crime and violence and rape scenes. Without fights and dirty songs there are hardly any cinemas. This is watched by youngsters and children too. This is one of the important reasons for the rise in rapes and murders. 2. Cinema industry or TV serials are misusing the Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression through digital mode. 3. Censor Board (CBFC) is a dummy. Most of its members belong to the same lobby group with vested interest. It has utterly failed in its job. 4. Kindly see that Censor Board is totally overhauled. 5. A separate Cell may be created to filter Cinemas stop promoting crime and violence and rape scenes. All Cinemas, TV shows should be directed in way that they promote decency and respect for women.

SC Reservation – Supreme Court’s latest judgement Honourable Prime Minister ji! Namaskar! I would like to bring to your kind notice a few ideas on the above-mentioned subject. They are: 1. The latest Supreme Court judgement on SC Reservations for sub-classification of Scheduled Castes may kindly be approved. Including creamy layer clause. 2. It may be extended to those SCs who converted into Christianity or any other religion. Caste Census may be made mandatory in all States to sub-classify. 3. The same problem is faced by Scheduled Tribes too. Sub classification of STs is also necessary. 4. SC and ST Reservation while giving promotions will hamper growth and development and efficiency. It promotes complacency. It will not lead to sustainable development of the nation and Viksit Bharat@2047.
