On the other hand, new employees are hard working, efficient, dedicated and earned less salary comparative to them. First types of employees are ruin the healthy working environment. Government make a survey for seeking such types of employees and immediately send them to Voluntary Retirement. According to salary workload should be distributed.

Extremely high traffic and unavailability of Parking facilities are the issues that every city is facing today, we need multi level parking buildings in all congested locations. We expect systematic approach in our country similar to Singapore. Organised growth of a city needs system approach, i.e proof of enough parking space availability from vehicle buyers before the sale of a vehicle. These requirements would have surfaced if we could have done risk assessment on traffic movement activity. Any violation of this requirement shall make a city very much congested and slowly become slums. Slums made of poor road conditions with narrowed down roads and haphazardly parked vehicles hindering movement of Fire trucks & other emergency equipments and gives less/poor average speed of vehicles within the city.

For Prime Minister - serious national emergency matter:- Sir Monkeypox virus is spreading extremely fast in China and there are 2-3 other viruses spreading on small scale. Start preparing contingency plan on whole of government level for how will you respond to it. Monkeypox seems to be of Soviet origin but question is what is it doing in China! Soviets also had active Anthrex program which is also lethal. There is another serious matter here, there are news which is not widely circulated that people are fooling around with Smallpox, Black Death(excavation of bodies buried), Spanish Influenza viruses world over. These viruses are removed from CDC of their respective countries. Lastly people are also fooling around in Siberia, Russia's permafrost region to find out viruses from last ice age. Kindly take these matter with extreme urgency. Thank You

Stop use of open sand/ boulders, instead start packed Cemix (mixure of sand & cement ratio & requirements wise). it will stop illegal mining & sale of loose sand, will protect environment, will keep clean our roads from dropping sand from trucks/trolley, will decrease road accident due to slips on sand spreading by sand truck, will keep road safe. Use railway from cement factories to transport cemix bags to all over India. Will stop cement & black powder mixing.
