आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार। मैं झारखंड राज्य का निवासी हूं। यहां सरकार जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनवा रही है। परंतु सामान्य वर्ग से आने वाले बच्चों का जाति प्रमाण पत्र नहीं बनवाने जा रही है।अब सामान्य वर्ग से आने वाले बच्चों का क्या कसूर है कि जो उनका जन्म प्रमाण पत्र स्कूल के माध्यम से नहीं हो सकता है। इससे सरकार सामाजिक वैमनस्यता का बीज बोने जा रही है। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि इसे रोका जय ।
