Subject: Citizen Suggestion – Proposal for Nationwide Implementation of “RIDTAG” Respected Sir, As a citizen, I wish to humbly submit a suggestion for consideration under Mann Ki Baat. Building on the success of FASTag, I propose the introduction of a Radio Identification Tag (RIDTAG) for all vehicles. This system will enable instant verification of RC, Insurance, Driving License, PUC, and challan status by enforcement agencies, thereby reducing fraud, saving citizens’ time, and ensuring transparency and efficiency. I have attached a short note outlining the objectives, benefits, and implementation plan for your kind review. Respected Governement of India & PM in India there thousands of deadly prisoners who have been given life imprisonment. Hence it is necessary to have Strong Prision in Isolated Area in India. Government should construct New Strong cells and Prision it should have strong security and high-tech features. The old prision in India are more than 100 or some are 160 years old hence new Smart and hi-tech prision should be build for Future 200 years. Please check Elsalvador Prison which is the highest security prision of World. Criminals are notorious and dangerous kept in prison for life time. Elsalvador Priminister took decision to construct this prision and todaynit chnaged life of Nation. Hence it time to revamp the Prison before there is disaster. There is only one solution to this question. I hope that this is implemented from today itself. Respected Governement of India & PM in Indian Goa State their has been lot of Issues related to Taxi booking & fare and there is fight between local taxi driver union operators and other Online Private taxi operators like Ola, Uber & Rapido. Local taxi union opertor operate & charge taxi fare according to rates fixed by RTO & Goa Transport Department but Private Taxi operators like OLA, Uber, Rapido use andorid application which shows Reduced Taxi fare than fixed taxi fare by RTO & Goa Transport Department & due to which the tourist & travelers book taxi on online app but local taxi operators cannot change fare or charge reduce taxi fare & it is injustice to local taxi operators, hence their should be fine for reudced taxi fare for online taxi operators like Ola, Uber, Rapido & also Local Taxi Union drivers then their will be no fights and Taxi mafia Issue will reduce. Hope you will amend the Transport rule throughout Goa & other Union States for Local and Private taxi Operators.

Subject: कश्मीर में राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक का अपमान – कठोर कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हाल ही में श्रीनगर के हज़रतबल दरगाह में स्थापित राष्ट्रीय चिन्ह (अशोक स्तंभ) को कुछ लोगों ने तोड़फोड़ कर क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। यह केवल एक प्रतीक पर हमला नहीं, बल्कि भारत की संप्रभुता और राष्ट्रीय गौरव पर सीधी चोट है। पुलिस ने FIR दर्ज की और कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया, लेकिन यह घटना हमारे राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर प्रश्न उठाती है। प्रधानमंत्री जी, भारत चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था है, पर यदि हमारे राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक असुरक्षित रहेंगे तो यह हमारे सम्मान और एकता पर धब्बा है। मैं आपसे निवेदन करती हूँ कि दोषियों को कड़ी सज़ा दी जाए और भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए विशेष सुरक्षा और सख्त कानून लागू किए जाएँ। सादर, Manisha

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, भारत चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था है, लेकिन महिला सुरक्षा की स्थिति भयावह है। a. हाल के कुछ न्यायालयीन फैसलों ने पीड़िताओं को न्याय देने के बजाय अपराधियों को संरक्षण दिया। 10 अप्रैल 2025 को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने रेप आरोपी को यह कहते हुए जमानत दी कि पीड़िता ने “खुद मुसीबत बुलाई।” सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस टिप्पणी को stay किया और जज को चेतावनी दी, पर judge k against कोई अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। b. 17-20 अप्रैल 2025 को छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट ने नाबालिग पीड़िता को “consensual और habituated to sex” बताते हुए आरोपी को बरी कर दिया। c. 22 मई 2024 को राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने 1992 के रेप केस में सबूतों की कमी बताकर आरोपी को छोड़ दिया। इन दोनों मामलों पर कोई समीक्षा या कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। प्रधानमंत्री जी, जब अदालतें ऐसे फैसले देती हैं तो न पीड़िताओं का साहस बचता है और न ही समाज का विश्वास। कृपया न्यायपालिका की जवाबदेही तय करने, कठोर दंड संहिता और समयबद्ध ट्रायल सुनिश्चित करने हेतु ठोस कदम उठाएं। सादर, Manisha
