Lateral entry opportunities should be created in all government jobs. Opportunities should be created in India as in developed countries. It is not right to continue the same selection process for those already in employment and those who want to join the job.Government and private sector employees should be provided with opportunities to continuously advance in their respective fields. A certain number of vacancies should be reserved for lateral entry. Experts working in the private sector should be given the opportunity to hold high government positions. The first step should be to implement this in engineering fields. Based on the data, it can be expanded to other fields. The government should formulate detailed guidelines for the lateral entry system. A specific number of employees should be selected through the lateral entry system in India for Group 1 to Group D level posts
