India’s Moment: Retaining Talent, Building Entrepreneurs, Becoming a Superpower In a world shaken by rising protectionism, racism, and global instability, India stands at a turning point. With the National Education Policy (NEP) aligning our system with international standards and partnerships with foreign universities growing, we must now convert this into long-term national advantage. Yet, most government grants are still concentrated in IITs, while their brightest graduates either fly abroad or build private ventures overseas. What if we created a system that encouraged them to stay and innovate here? India needs to become an entrepreneurial hub—with government-backed funding, mentoring, infrastructure, and collaboration with both private universities and small-scale industries. This not only retains talent but generates employment and global relevance. While initiatives like Startup India exist, awareness and access are limited. The government must actively promote these across

Majority Govt. staff now contractual & earn a mere Rs. 12,000-14,000/- monthly on average which is below living wage. Neither they can educate their children properly nor afford a house ever in life with that income. Further, a 30 year employee, a 45 year and a 60 year in same level of work earn the same with no real increments or anything. Govt. Sector payscales influence market prices so even private sector takes cue from that & if majority workforce have no spending power whole of national economy is affected. Current spate of increased spending in luxury items by top 5% of the populace & stagnation of sell in everyday items speak volumes on this. https://www.change.org/p/pay-commission-needed-for-majority-contractual-staff-in-govt-sector-below-minimum-wage 8th Pay Commission of India must grant every increase in e-vouchers with 90 days expiry term ! https://www.change.org/p/8th-pay-commission-of-india-grant-every-increase-in-e-vouchers-with-90-days-expiry-term

India needs Radical reforms in bureaucracy.... There should be a system in the hands of public to evaluate the Bureaucrats who are responsible for implementing policies concerning common people. Likewise top police officials (responsible for maintaining Law & Order) should also be evaluated by public. Their promotions should depend upon these gradings... In India, Democracy is by the Bureaucrats, of the Bureaucrats and for the Bureaucrats..

🕊️ Swaraj for All: A Declaration of Sacred Governance A Manifesto of Soul Rule, Compassionate Stewardship, and Ecological Dharma 🌺 Preamble We, the children of Earth and sky, born of banyan shade and river song, declare our longing for Swaraj—not as dominion, but as sanctuary. Not as power, but as presence. Not as control, but communion. We envision a world where every being—human, animal, tree, and stream— is honored as sacred, sovereign, and interconnected. Where governance is not a cage, but a circle. Where justice is not a sword, but a balm. Where leadership flows from wisdom, not wealth. ---

Suggestion for Mann Ki Baat – Rural Women Skill Hubs Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I am writing to humbly share my suggestion for Mann Ki Baat. In rural villages, every woman already contributes significantly through farming, tailoring, and small crafts, but their work often goes unrecognized and does not provide steady income. If each village could have a Rural Women Skill Hub supported by the Government, where women can learn tailoring, handicrafts, and digital sales, it would create sustainable livelihoods. Through such hubs, local products can be marketed in nearby towns and also sold online, providing rural women with income, self-confidence, and reducing migration. Highlighting this initiative in Mann Ki Baat will inspire communities across India and encourage more women to come forward. With deep respect, Usha Rani Dharavath Ramannapeta Village , Khammam- Telangana - 507003.
