• PAS forms are forms pertaining to private placement of shares. The company says it has no records of whom it has issued the shares and details of private placement of shares. • Oyo is not brick and mortar co. • oyo is not coming under definition of Start up. • Oyo was valued 3 Bn dollars in March 2021 by its own investor Soft Bank as per Financial times. Now Oyo is over valuing itself to 9 Bn dollars to cheat investors. • Oyo has made over Rs.20000 crores losses in last 3 years.
