During my early professional years in my hometown, I met a mother of twin boys. One child was outgoing, while the other was quiet and expressive in his own way. Constant comparisons by relatives and neighbours made the quieter child withdraw into himself. Though this happened years ago, it remains in my heart. I request Mann Ki Baat to highlight the harm of comparing children. Every child is unique and deserves acceptance, understanding, and encouragement.
