Sir if possible kindly send a chemical kit to all over india and tell them to do soil check for rare earths mineral. In this way complete India's school college university will test their natural surroundings soil rock found in their own locality to verify if it's rare earths mineral or not and i am sure this way very fast india will find rare earths mineral in very short time.

I believe the Government should play an active role as a societal guardian. Just as parents guide and nurture their children, the Government can provide guidance and direction to society for its overall well-being. While it may not be possible or practical to enact laws covering every aspect of life, the Government can issue general advisory guidelines, ethical codes of conduct, and recommended do’s and don’ts for various areas of public life. Thank you for providing this portal. I request to speak about the home Census and how it is important for the citizens to prefill information for 33 questions. Urge them to truthfully answer the questions from the enumerators. This will help to reduce the the time the enumerators spend at each house and also improve the accuracy of the data gathered. I note that Solar installation under PM Surya Ghar is not covered as an asset which with GEO Coordinates can validate subsidy.

Respected Sir, I want the government to play active role as Societal Guardian. A parents as guardian play active role to nourish their children like wise a Government can play an active role as Societal Guardian. It is neither possible nor expected to frame laws in every aspect of life however the government can issues a general public recommendatory guidance or ethical code of conduct or do and don’ts in every aspect of public life.
