Dear modiji, In Karnataka for property registration we have Kaveri 2.0 design by local govt and this website give us benefit but during the registration of any property if the concerned parties for registration got delayed then the time slot got expired and the registrar doesn’t give us to register the property on same day. Instead they book it online again and come next day. The point here is again the corruption. Even though no other properties are getting registered and the entire office is empty too and no other people are there for any property registration then we should get the time slot again in few. we don’t get chance to register the property currently. In the name of corruption they ask bribe or they a lot the slot on the fly seeing some influential people and give them VIP slots for proper registration. Please address this issue.

To avoid listing of vessels we should ensure center of gravity of the ship is not shifted eccentrically. Ship crew well aware of ballast water management system for normal operation of vessel. We need to have sufficient drain points to drain accumulated firefighting water in all decks of the ship. If there is no provision of drain points or if the drain points are chocked or inadequate to discharge, water gets accumulate and vessel CG gets shifted causes vessel listing. All ports and dock yards need to have electric power source to supply berthed vessels. Vessels should have arrangement to adopt the external power source on all four sides(depending size of the vessel). Vessel should have Emergency Equipments like compressors, diaphragm/pneumatic pumps, suction and discharge hoses to drain water, vessels should also have ejectors & hoses to run with Fire water pump to drain accumulated water. Vessel's Captain should continuously monitor her stability & guide crew during fire emergency.

Dear Modiji, We a citizen pay a lot of tax. Myself pay 30% the burden on taxpayers are they eventually are not benefited atleast 10,000Rs per month.This have been concern for crores of people.I suggest based on Online transactions happening in UPI payment like PhonePe, gpay atleast start taxing business men’s of Rs.100 monthly or yearly once based on volume of transactions. this would get a good revenue and burden on high tax payers will be reduced and you could reduce from 30% to 10-20%.Being high pay taxer we don’t get any benefits.Additional high tax payers should get direct benefits like people discount on EMI,Hospital benefits with discount on bills, stamp page charges reduced, property tax discount,discount on fares for flights and other modes, long term and short term capital gain.We pay GST for everything we buy including household & other purchases. Day before yesterday budget didn’t even much benefit.An humble request to consider it. From the HEART of painful tax payer.

Why not we should give a packing of different types of seeds to each yogi. At the time of yoga day celebration on 21st june. Each yogi may be requested to plant more and more trees and plants it is the duty Of state or Cente govt to provide the seeds to each yogi. A small pamphlet may be packed in the seeds packing wraper. How to sow the seeds. You will find the remarkable result of tree plantation drive in the country. CDAC had developed grid computing / parallel computing ; can this be modified like p2p file share ; where individual session of govt site are handled from p2p cloud of ordinary users and only the data is stored in the central system. Govt can ask those user who have good computing facility and network to join this grid ; so that the computing gets distributed with the home users who almost leave their computer connected to network.
