My husband passed away without putting nominee or any will or probate for the shares. Request that the shares may be transferred by providing family tree and NOC from the children and not insisting for Succession Certificate (for shares where the market value is more than Rs 5 lakhs). Alternately, the Succession Certificate should be issued within 90 days of submission of the required documents to the court. I understand that it takes more than a year to get the Succession Certificate and also the fees are too high. The fee may be 2% of the share value or maximum of Rs.10,000/- whichever is lower, OR the fee should be based on the base value of the company share and not market value. Also the Advocate fee should be fixed by the Government. Widows are already put to lot of hardships and paying such high fees even before getting the amount, the advocates also fleece the Lady by asking for very heavy fees only adds to the hardship of the Widow. Hope PMO takes an early decision.

I have an idea as a botany student and iucn member for enhancing our current plantation program. With the upcoming Rakhi festival, we could launch a campaign called "Grow Your Rakhi." In this initiative, we would encourage school and college children to create Rakhis embedded with seeds. On a designated day in a week before rakhi students would craft these eco-friendly Rakhis, incorporating seeds into their designs.Seeds can be collected from the field or can be provided by agriculture dept to organisatyion. After the festival, children would be motivated to plant their Rakhis, which would then grow into plants. This approach not only celebrates the Rakhi festival but also promotes environmental awareness and responsibility among the students. By nurturing their Rakhis into saplings, children will happily contribute to the environment, making the festival both meaningful and sustainable. It may blend tradition with environmental consciousness, inspiring the younger ones.

SELFLESS GOVERNMENT IS REQUIRED FOR HAPPINESS OF PEOPLE NOT SPECIAL STATUS. KINDLY ADVISE BIHAR.
SAME IS EXPECTED FROM ALL OTHER STATE GOVERNMENTS & GOVERNMENT OF UNION TERRITORIES( UT).
SELFLESS GOVERNMENT IS PRE-REQUISITE FOR SELF SUFFICIENT BHARAT.

Dear Prime Minister, your voice during the upcoming Mann ki baat telling the country to stop using balloons is what everyone needs to hear. We make this request because balloons are harmful to birds, animals, sea creatures and also cause pollution of land and water bodies, yet their usage is widespread. Please help us set the right example during the national celebrations for August 15th, so that we no longer see release of tricolour balloons, or balloons in decorations everywhere. NO BALLOONS PLEASE! Thank you.
