At tourist sites, youngsters should be trained as guides , taught English language, give them mobile phones and help them set up a small tourist centre near the heritage site, the tourists can take advantage of the guides. Especially if the tourists are foreigners and from non Hindi speaking areas, the guides with knowledge of English will help them.

Optimization of Wagons Loading Time in Silo & RLS by electrification of tracks for electric locomotive use. Introduction: There are specialized engineering company for the design and supply of Rapid Loading System (RLS) for coal, Iron Ore and other materials loading to wagons through the hoppers or silos. There are number of existing silos also across India with rail track(s) passing through it for loading of wagon rakes by deployment of diesel locomotives to push Rakes and passed through the silos. Respected Prime Minister of India, Sir, I strongly feel that you have done certain remarkable unique things for our country after 70 years of Independence but still the following important issues are pending & need to be implemented while we are celebrating the Platinum (75) Jubilee, a landmark of our Independence (15.08.2022) day. The present burning issues, as I feel, mentioned below are to be addressed and settled at the earliest for development of new India with “One Country One Law” in true meaning: Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas. 1. No Reservation at all, only economically distressed/backward people to be supported for uplifting. 2. No Subsidy from Government (Union & State) to anyone and anywhere, what-so-ever. 3. No selection from political personnel for the Government Administration Post as per Constitution. 4. Minimum Criteria for the Public Representatives (Social Status, Qualification, Age) in nomination to contest any election (MP, MLA, Councilor) on any post.

Honourable PM Sir, Pranam to you sir, grateful to u for such wonderful platform to reach you and convey our thoughts, this is indeed a matter of privilege for me to put my thoughts here. Sir I hereby request you to raise awareness and to come up with some solid policies to resolve civil cases in our country. I belong to UP and in up with population of almost 23 crore there is almost 1.08 crore civil cases. The assest like Land and Property has always been a bone of contentions for every living being, and among humans it is the single most disturbing and devastating thing for centuries I believe, may be it is between the two brothers or two countries, this matter has consumed lots of generations in terms of resources, money, time, health and life. In my case an ancestral property requiring simple partition among it’s heir is pending in civil court ffor 12 year, still no decision from civil court. In those past 12 year, 3 out of 4 heirs are passed away, but matter is still pending.
