Selected village and urban youths may be given special Trainings by our Army people during the Disasters. More importance may be given for Disaster management studies. Higher Education Institutions may include it as one of the compulsory subject with practical Trainings and First aid certificate. It may be very useful to youths either for self or to society during major disasters. In Every village a Disaster team may be formed and included under MNREGA with the monthly minimum honorarium. In absence of active rwa or NGO in any particular area in fact in all the areas, Ministry of women and child development should come forward to Join hands with McD/DDA To grant permission to female individuals who are Capable and interested to run a play school for the kids in their vicinity that would be a great initiative for the Empowerment of women fraternity as well as Early childhood care and education of children

They may provide Major Dustbins with the classification of biodegradable and non biodegradable to put. It must be included in the Awareness notice boards at tollgate and Highways. Mobile Garbage Collection lorries may be maintained by the related area Tollgates in Collection of Garbages. Biodegradable may be used as manure.
