One of the first steps to a cleaner India is to ban Gutkha and Paan completely. If Singapore can ban Chewing Gum, we can also do the above. I am currently sitting in a top Government building in New Delhi where the toilets and wash area have been recently renovated. Within one-two months, there are gutkha stains on white wash basins and mens' urinals. I am not feeling like using them. It is the same story in our trains, Government offices, public toilets etc.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हमारे देश में झूठे मामलों की भरमार हो गई है, जो झूठे वैवाहिक मामलों में परिवारों की रीढ़ की हड्डी तोड़ रही है, महिलाओं द्वारा बलात्कार के झूठे मामले और अन्य छोटे-छोटे मुद्दों पर विभिन्न लोगों द्वारा झूठे मामले। यह ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार नागरिकों और उनके परिवारों को परेशान करने का एक आसान उपकरण बन गया है और इसलिए देश में पीड़ित लोग इतने अधिक हैं और उन्होंने न्यायपालिका पर भरोसा खो दिया है। कुछ तंत्र होने चाहिए जैसे पोर्टल जिसके माध्यम से सरकार लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया एकत्र कर सकती है जो न्यायपालिका के शिकार हैं - धीमी या स्थगित कार्यवाही के कारण, अदालत में उनके साथ अन्यायपूर्ण व्यवहार, न्यायिक प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा है, पारिवारिक अदालतों और अन्य वैवाहिक मामलों की अदालतों में पुरुषों के साथ बुरा व्यवहार और झूठे मामले दर्ज करने वाले पक्षों के प्रति न्यायाधीशों का अति उदारवादी रवैया। एक आदमी जो उम्मीद करता है कि न्यायाधीश ईमानदार हो सकते हैं, वह अदालत में निराश महसूस करता है। कृपया कुछ पोर्टल विकसित करें।
