PM sir please take these Few Points in mission mode:- 1) There is online Rental Agreement system by Maharashtra Government under Ex-CM Devendra Fadnavis if possible extend it to other parts of Maharashtra government and also in other states. 2) For taking a Loan it requires Hypothecation and Lein - Unlein in banks and CERSAI and other registries. It is taking ages to get clearance at every level from car to house or other property. Kindly streamline and make process faster and online if possible. It will enable faster business growth. 3) Implement Blockchain in Land and other property Registries across India in fastest possible manner.

Please request the working class to do their work with at most involvement and love ( pyaar se) so that, quality of the product/ service they produce will improve. Thus, Mahan Bharat will be possible. Now people are doing their work grudgingly, without bothering about the quality. Appeal to the work force to take full care to avoid wastage of raw material, as raw materials are valuable national resource. Now with grudge, raw materials are damaged to cause loss to the owner / contractor.Saving for the owner/ contractor will be saving for the Nation also, resulting in DES SEEVAA. Appeal to the enterprineurs to pay bit extra to the good work of the staff and make thir life happier. Quality of work force both at Public sector and private sector needs a lot of improvements. Your appeal to the Citizens will certainly bring positive impact.

An idea 💡 on job creation for sustainable development. Subject = Difference between 1 day week off vs 2 days week off , and how we can create Jobs by applying 2 days week off schedule. Respected Ma'am/Sir, I am having a theory proving how we can make 14.28..% more jobs available in many government sectors by giving 2 days weekoff instead of 1 day and it will be helping in development of India and other developing nations so far. I need your guidance to make this executable. I am sending a file and a video regarding the same.I want that department represent this idea to honourable PM . Please do have a look at it. Thanking you for your concern and support. Yours sincerely, Dr Akshay Gosai Contact no - 8200215679 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vh3PoiG4ZGQ&feature=youtu.be I am looking forward on this innovative idea of sustainable development and creating jobs.
