Mushrooming roadside markets on any road is an indicator to construct permanent markets. Local governments should take timely action by identifying and vacating vacant lands in those locations to construct permanent markets. If any lapse in identifying vacant lands or to recognise such roadside markets we need to train our administration team accordingly. This should be considered as one of the measure to create or assess most beautiful City /Town /Village. Similar weightage shall be given for Public Toilets, Trash bin collection points, Libraries, conjession free roads, roads with footpaths, roads with parking marked bays, colour coding of footpath for easy identification of parking bays, Waste disposal sites maintenance, sewage treatment facility maintenance, water treatment facility maintenance etc.,

Resp sir smart City devolpment has to be reviewed as it has not given thre desired effect as the boards and corporations are only interested in spending thre funds from centre and there is no transperancy also the projects has not much contributed for improving the quality of life of citizens one such example is Buddha Nala in Ludhiana in which much of untreated sewrage and waste of industries is polluting the budha canal which can be seen here and end point Hari Ke Pattan risking lfe of people .soyou are requested to please mentio in your man ki bat by enquiring into it and smart cities project should mandatory include fifty percent project for controlling pollutin saving water and giving good health to the citizens.Also these projects which are centrally funded should not take the share from depleting resources from state instead centre should handle them .
