आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी , नमस्कार , मैं बनारस से ममता सिंह देवा भारत से पाॅटरी एण्ड सिरामिक से मास्टर्स ( 1993 काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय ) करने वाली पहली महिला हूॅं । HRD Ministry से स्कालरशिप ( 1994/96 बनारस हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय ) और Ministry of culture से Senior Fellowship ( 2015/16 Research of Led free glasses ) से सम्मानित हो चुकी हूॅं । अट्ठारह साल काम छूटने के बाद जब 2013 में फिर से काम शुरू किया तो कोई भी कुम्हार एक महिला के साथ काम करने को तैयार नही हुआ इसके बावजूद मैंने अकेले अपने दम पर काम किया और लगातार दो साल ( 2015/17 ) में AIFACS नई दिल्ली के द्वारा प्रायोजित प्रदर्शनी में पद्मभूषण श्री राम सुतार जी के कर कमलों से Potter of the year का Award प्रदान किया गया । बनारस में मेरा सिरामिक स्टूडियो है और मैंने आपके लिए गहरे अर्थों के साथ नेमप्लेट बनाई है जिसे मैं अपने हाथों से बनारस में आपको प्रदान करना चहती हूॅं । इस विषय की जानकारी बनारस के लोगों को बहुत कम है कृपया आप इस विषय का ज़िक्र अपने मन की बात में करें जिससे इस विषय के प्रति लोग जागरूक हों । धन्यवाद ।

Hon sir ,the small scale mechanics are a highly need of a social system. as electrician, painter,auto repair, plumber etc are the daily requirements of society, but this is seen that here are no want to became a mechanic.As the diploma in these streams have became very cheap.and no one go to ITIs,which makes the mechanics. so make a difference in our technical education system,that some difference visible in degree, diploma and ITIs. this will lead the youth to make their own businesses, hence decrease in un employment. thanks.

Hon sir, Some states are still away from solar energy generation by roof solar panels, as in gujrat . the neighborhood states haryana punjab and rajsthan .these states also play an important role in solar energy generation. lack is ,of govt subsidy scheme and motivation. before 24 elections, this privilege may be a good gift to these states. Also this a need also of these states. thanks.

The cost of education and improving talents among the youth is very high. Swayam and NPTEL initiatives are excellent, but the certification cost is very high (to be exact, Rs. 1000). Can this cost be reduced, since most learners are students who do not have an income yet?
