Respected Sir, I amazed at the speed you are working on so many fronts for Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas using the same govt machinery wth reforms nad better monitoring and control systems. However state govt bureaucarcy does not seem to have undergone necessary reforms including a frontline state like Maharashtra though it has very honest and capable Shri Fadanvisji . I feel that even sttaes can show mmuch better performace if state bureaucracy is refomed and is made accountable . At prsent many organs of the sttae are unresponsive to issues raised by citizens and one has to go higher up to ministers whose response time is longer despite putting reminders . Very tiring and may be mibndset remains unchanged .Perhaps your guidance on bureaucracy to them including suggestions on organisation and methids with real mechanism to make them responsivev . Even their website "AAple Sarkar grievances are not addressed or responded timely despite reminders where citizen has to write full complaint .

While central public health and environmental engineering organization ( CPHEEO ) in collaboration with International German Corporation under Ministry of Urban Development moving with Municipal Solid wastage management for the aim of Swatch Barath Mission, Some activities are going against. Like municipal workers or/and public are burning the litter on the streets. Instead of moving this dry and wet wastages making pollution for environment and health issues for the society. Hon'ble Prime Minister, Sri Modi Ji, I am a consultantphysician in Geriatric Medicine and is working since 2008 to establish 360 degree Elder Care, both Medical and Non Medical, in Kolkata. After a struggle for these initial years I have established my registered start up company in April 2021. We are now providing medical services along with Telemedicine to the Senior Citizens of Kolkata and providing home care services to them with 24x7 Medical Emergency for them. We are in the process of establishing Elder Care Clinics. We have also started training of caremanagers or Geriatric Animators who will serve these Elders. This provides skill development and Employment generation for the Youths. I am also associated with Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association and is planning to start training in the fields of Geriatric manpower for the Scouts & Guides.

Honorable Prime Minister sir, I want to tell you that the subsidy that is providing in Rajasthan to the poor sections is wrong. People are taking wrong advantages of subsidy. From food to gas cylinder everything is subsidized for them. Their Childers are studying for free at government schools. So, why would they do work. When they arr getting everything free or at lower prices. They will become lazy. The laborers who are working will stop working after getting the subsidy, due to which the people will suffer a lot.Labor will not be available to do work, due to which all the work will stop.And when this subsidy will be removed, then later they will have to face a lot of trouble. And even if they do, they won't do it with the same dedication , they will misuse that money. And all these will have a very bad effect on the economy of India. I am not saying that the poor should not get subsidy, I am saying that only those who need it should get it.
