The hon'ble PM of our country, I have a serious concern, the employees of Sultanpur sugar mills(UP) are not getting salaries from last 3 years, despite several times request from @UP government and @UP CM as well.Only assurances are given by competent authorities. Black money is one of the biggest issue the country is facing and most of the black money is parked in land and real estate, as the Govt Jantri rates are exponentially lower than real Marker Rates, as an example, in Gujarat, the Govt Jantri rates are as much as 40 times lower than real market rates in many parts of the state, and Govt Jantri rates has NOT been revised in Gujarat since 2011. I wonder about the reason behind this. Also, it promotes HAWALA transactions, as when NRIs sell their ancestor's land, they get 60% of the amount in CASH, which they are forced to repatriate using HAWALA. Please bring Govt Jantri rates to the level of real market rates and lower the stamp duty accordingly so the income to the state Govt remains the same. Second issue is brain drain from India due to lack of proper opportunities. Please make some policy to address this.

Aadaraneeya Pradhanmantri ji, I would like to bring a very important incident to your knowledge. I was traveling in Rajdhani on 13th, suddenly in midnight @ 2 am I had experienced acute pain in the right abdomen (Unbearable), I was helpless & thinking what to do. Luckily met one TT & I stopped him to seek help but couldn’t get any, he said, he can only call doctor helpline. My suggestion: We must keep record of doctors traveling & first aid. Should have provision of announcements for emergency.
