विषय: एक छोटे गांव बिदड़ा (कच्छ, गुजरात) से डिजिटल भारत की सफलता की कहानी माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार। मैं गुजरात के कच्छ जिले के छोटे से गांव बिदड़ा से Common Service Center (CSC) संचालित करता हूं। पिछले 10 वर्षों से हम गांव के लोगों को डिजिटल सेवाओं से जोड़ने का कार्य कर रहे हैं। आज हमारे साथ 18 लोगों की एक समर्पित टीम कार्य कर रही है, जो प्रतिदिन लगभग 100 से अधिक ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न सेवाएं प्रदान करती है। हम रविवार (Sunday) के दिन भी निरंतर सेवा देते हैं, ताकि गांव के किसी भी व्यक्ति को परेशानी न हो। हमारे CSC के माध्यम से हमने गांव में डिजिटल क्रांति लाने का प्रयास किया है, जिसमें BHIM App, DigiLocker, MyGov, Aarogya Setu App तथा COVID-19 वैक्सीनेशन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण अभियानों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई है। हमारे कार्य को देश स्तर पर भी सराहा गया है। हमें दिल्ली में दो बार राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित किया गया है, तथा Swachh Bharat Pakhwada 2018 में भी नामांकन प्राप्त हुआ। हमारे CSC को भारत सरकार के पूर्व आईटी मंत्री Ravi Shankar Prasad जी द्वारा दो बार सराहना भी मिली है।

मैं पिछले 5 वर्षों से पर्यावरण संरक्षण का कार्य कर रहा हूं क्षेत्र में हजारों बड़े पेड़ों पर गोमूत्र व छाछ से तैयार की हुई कीटनाशक का स्प्रे कर उनको दीमक के प्रकोप से बचने का कार्य कर रहा हूं। इसके सकारात्मक परिणाम भी आए हैं। इस क्षेत्र में दीमक ने लाखों की संख्या में राज्य वृक्ष खेजड़ी व अन्य बड़े पेड़ों को अपनी चपेट में ले रखा है जिससे हजारों की संख्या में तो पेड़ नष्ट हो चुके हैं और लाखों की संख्या में नष्ट होने की और अग्रसर है। इसलिए क्षेत्र में आने वाले दिनों में प्राण वायु का खतरा न बढ़े इसके लिए मैं स्वयं के खर्चे से स्प्रे कर इनको बचाने का कार्य कर रहा हूं तथा साथ ही आमजन को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए अलग-अलग तरीके अपनाकर जागरूक भी कर रहा हूं। जैसे:- खाटू श्याम जी व जीण माताजी मेले में पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश लिखे हुए जूट के कैरी बैग वितरित कर अब तक लाखों लोगों तक यह संदेश पहुंचाया है और हर वर्ष पौधारोपण कर उनको इस कार्य के लिए प्रेरित भी किया जा रहा है।
