The rich heritage of India, one of the world’s oldest civilizations, is an all-embracing confluence of religions, traditions and customs. The highlights of Indian heritage lie in the treasure of its art, architecture, classical dance, music, flora and fauna, and the innate secular philosophy of its people. A visit to the heritage sites is like a walk through history, changing lanes with every dynasty that ruled Indian soils. The finesse of Indian handiwork, the richness of silk and cotton textiles, the ethnicity of jewellery, everything has come down as a heritage from ancient times and is being kept alive generation after generation. Even food in India is a legacy and part of Indian heritage, differing in look and taste in every state of India. The rich heritage of India, one of the world’s oldest civilizations, is an all-embracing confluence of religions, traditions and customs. Road accident measures -
Though govt is making compulsory for 6 Air Bags & seat belts for all passengers for a car. Following can be added to reduce death due to accident, with no or less investment
1) Make this rule compulsory for all buses, trucks & other commercials too
2) If any of the seat belt is not locked, then vehicle Red Head light should be automatically on so that traffic police comes to know seat belt is not locked / worn by occupants
3) GPS based automatic fine system if seat belt is not locked & amt to be deduced from a/c. Vehicle should signal via GPS based system to traffic site. For old vehicles, company should come up with some upgrade
4) All fine should be deducted automatically via gps based system - from violation like breaking traffic signal, not locking seat belt, over speeding, lane discipline etc
5) Commercial vehicles should be fined if they enter fast lane (with help of GPS based technology)
6) 2 Wheeler tires should have good thickness

The central government should actively monitor wage hike contract negotiations in private companies.
Many labor unions are obsessed with money and forget about labor rights.
Private administrations finalize contracts with labor unions that are favorable to them. It does not even invite unionized labor unions to negotiate a wage increase. Not inviting women workers as an honor to negotiate wage increases.
The trade union leaders are floating in cash who negotiate wage hike deals in favor of the managements. It is not known whether the Ministry of Labor sees it all or is complicit.Registry of Central Ministry of Labor and Welfare shall have place in cases of wage hike contract negotiations.
Monitor salary increase negotiations.
Labor livelihood should be protected.
The Income Tax Department should actively monitor the trade union leaders at the time and after the private company trade unions enter into a wage hike agreement.
