Hi Sir,
Nowadays we are listening from all over the world about women's empowerment, society, states, countries, and even algorithm on social media that supports women and create awareness about women's issues.
Some of the issues which I want to highlight::-
1. No easily availability of sanitary pads in public places.
2. No hard jobs are given to the women like mason, electrification work, carpentry and plumbing.
3. No recognization of the homemakers(housewives) who continuously supports our family and cultural values even frontrunners to create awareness about cultural values and thoughts.
4. No safety on the foot over the bridge at night, even if the light is not available.
5. India is lagging in cultural values among youth.
In my opinion, the solutions are as follows::-
1. Sanitary pads should be available at each branch of the banks and even ATMs.
2. In MRNEGA above-mentioned jobs will be given to women as well.

My Dear Prime Minister,
Namaste!!!
I really respect and appreciate how we have always believed 'Jai Jawan Jai Kisan' in our culture. I have a suggestion to make this bond even stronger.
Please make a policy where our Jaawan(s) need to go to a village for 7 days or 15 days every year and work on the fields with the farmers. Our jawans any ways do a lot of hard work (physical exercise) so that requirement of them will be fulfilled and a farmer will get excessive man power to help him.
2) Specially the burning of waste in the the northern belt that causes pollution will also be reduced when farmer gets free manpower.
3) Our Jawan(s) will get more closer to the soil (mitti) of the country.
4) The farmers and youngsters will get inspired to join the armed forces and learn a lot from our army men.
5) Our reach will be in the corners of India.

Sir,
Padma shri may be given to the persons from District level. Means the work of the person may be recognized or known among people within a district. Padma Bhusan may be awarded to State level selected persons. His/her talent or work may be well recognized and praised within people of a state. And Padma Bibhusan should be awarded to such persons whose work would be recognized by the people of many states or at national level.

इसका कहावत को सही साबित कर दिखाया है मध्यप्रदेश के आदिवासी समाज की होनहार छात्राओं ने । मध्य प्रदेश सरकार के जनजातीय कार्य विभाग द्वारा जबलपुर संभाग मे संचालित आकांक्षा योजना में JEE की तैयारी कर रहे विद्यार्थियों में से 6 आदिवासी बालिकाओं ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए JEE एडवांस की परीक्षा में चयन पाया है व रैंक अनुसार इन सभी का आईआईटी में प्रवेश कंफर्म है। ये सभी हिन्दी माध्यम के विद्यार्थी सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों, गरीब परिवारों से आते हैं।अधिकतर के अभिभावक किसान,मजदूर,छोटी मोटी प्राइवेट नौकरी करते हैं। देश के उच्च इंजीनियरिंग संस्थानों आईआईटी में लड़कियों को प्रवेश कम ही मिलता है ऐसे में यह उपलब्धि पूरे प्रदेश व देश के लिए गौरव की बात है। 6 लड़कियों में से टॉपर छात्रा शिवकुमारी बैगा अतिविशेष अनुसूचित जनजाति बैगा से आती है तथा रिजल्ट के 5 दिन पहले पिता को खो दिया था

Honorable Sir, Presently I am living in Jobless situation since last Nine months so it is very difficult to survive my family's requirements and my children's better education so pl. do needful at the earliest to save my job, Save my children's better education & save my family's happy life, otherwise my present status can spoil my children's better education & my family's Happy life, if there will be occurred then I will never forgive myself so please help me in such a critical condition which is occurred due to the forceful resignation letter from my job taken by Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar management HRD GM Shri Sujit Mallick Sir & Hon. Manufacturing Cluster Head Shri Anupam Agrawal Sir & also pressurized me to vacant my company quarter otherwise they will thrown off my house hold luggage outside my house. Presently I am living with Jobless situation since last Nine months so How can I survive my family's requirements & my children's better education ? So please help me.

It's very shameful that Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar, Kodinar, Dist Gir-somnath management has adopted mullish, Vague and negative attitude With me and my family members, With my son Yash J.Joshi. Yesterday, On 07/09/2022 When my son Yash J.Joshi went to my company quarter, F/165, New North colony, Ambujanagar, Kodinar, Dist:- Gir-somnath Security guard has not given him permission to enter the colony premises at My company quarter F/165, New North colony, Ambujanagar. At my quarter one lock was applied by me & second lock was applied by Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar management HRD Manager Shri Sunilkumar Pillai .My son Yash J.Josh has informed me that Security guard didn't allow him to go to my company quarter. Then I have talked with Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar HRD Manager requested him to kindly give my son permission to enter the colony premises but they have denied my son request. & not allowed my son to go to my company quarter. So pl do need.

Has you know the BHARATHIYA MAZDOOR SANGH is one of the largest trade union which is works for the SHRAMIK group, which has the largest population (strength) in India.
B.M.S is only one union with the eticks & roots of nationalism with our oldest history carried by our ancestors.
coming to the worker day sadly we are fallowing and celebrating on May 1st, it has no sence and history related to India.
Hear we B.M.S belive and celebrate worker day in September 17th which is the VISHWAKARM JAYANTHI it has the history which has exactly related to worker category.
VISHWAKARMA is the world first worker & engineer etc. he is and he must the icon and role modle for the workers category.
Has a secretary of B.M.S Mysore district I requesting to announce the september 17th as a NATIONAL WORKER'S DAY it is the time to change and shine a India has JAGADGURU.

I have also getting an award for my best work as a " My highest level of Alertness and Commitment to my duty by Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar management President Shri Sukuru Ramarao Sir on 15th August flag hoisting ceremony at Ambujanagar on 15/08/3015 at Ambujanagar but Unfortunately Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar management has adopted mullish, Vague and negative attitude towards me and my family members. Mentally & Socially harassment me by Ambuja cement Ltd.,Ambujanagar management by taking my resignation letter from my job forcefully with Coercion situation & presurrized me to vacant my company quarter otherwise they will thrown off my house hold luggage outside my house & taking legal action against me so please do needful at the earliest to save my children's better education.
