However, it is painful to see people openly spitting paan and casually littering plastic waste on roads and public places, including near tourist spots. This is especially common in areas like Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, harming public health, cleanliness, and India’s global image. I humbly request strict enforcement through heavy fines, CCTV monitoring, penalties for repeat offenders, and awareness campaigns to instill civic responsibility. I dream of seeing India not just as a developed nation but as disciplined, clean, and responsible. माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं केरल में बीटेक कर रही तीसरे वर्ष की छात्रा हूँ तथा भारत की एक जागरूक नागरिक हूँ। स्वच्छ भारत अभियान और देश के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु आपके निरंतर प्रयासों से हम जैसे युवाओं को एक स्वच्छ, किन्तु यह अत्यंत दुःखद है कि आज भी लोग सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर पान-तंबाकू थूकते हैं और प्लास्टिक कचरा सड़कों पर सामान्य बात की तरह फेंक देते हैं। यह स्थिति पर्यटन स्थलों के आसपास भी देखी जाती है, विशेषकर उत्तर प्रदेश, दिल्ली आदि क्षेत्रों में। इससे न केवल स्वच्छता और जनस्वास्थ्य प्रभावित होता है, बल्कि भारत की छवि को भी नुकसान पहुँचता है। सरकार के विकासात्मक प्रयासों के बावजूद कुछ नागरिकों की असंवेदनशीलता इन प्रयासों को कमजोर करती है। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि ऐसे मामलों में कड़ी कार्रवाई, भारी जुर्माना, निगरानी व्यवस्था तथा जागरूकता अभियानों को और सशक्त किया जाए। एक छात्र के रूप में मैं अपने देश को स्वच्छ, अनुशासित और समृद्ध होते देखना चाहता हूँ। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आपके नेतृत्व में भारत इस दिशा में अवश्य सफल होगा। सादर, गौरी शिवा एस

प्रणाम सर, सर, आपने जो 2047 का संकल्प लिया उसे पुरा करणे के लिये आपने हमारे देश की युवा शक्ती को आगे आणे की बात कही हैं ओ बात एकदम सही हैं लेकीन, सर हमारे देश की युवा अलग दिशा मे जा रही हैं, उसका कारण हैं youtube, instagram, facebook ये social Media Aap जो हमे अलग दिशा में लेके जा रहे हैं यही नहीं जो अवि छोटे बच्चे हैं ओ तो हमसे भी बुरा हाल उनका हैं और जो हमारे देश गाव मे रहणे वाले लोग हैं ओ भी इस social media के कंटेंट से घुमरा हो रहे हैं, जो भी social Media पर आ रहा हैं ओ कितना सही और कितना गलत ये उन लोगो को समज नहीं आ रहा, ओ व्हिडिओ कब का हैं, कहा हैं उसका किसी को कुछ लेना देना नहीं, सर मेरी आपसे विनती अगर हमे 2047 तक विकसित भारत बनाना होगा तो हमे अपने युवा पिढी और देश के लोगो को सही दिशा में लेके जाना होगा, सर, जो भी व्हिडीओ बना रहे उनके ऊपर कुछ तो मॉनिटर करना होगा , कुछ कानुन तो लाईये सर 🙏 धन्यवाद 🙏🙏
