Dear Modiji, Pranam, I am one of the youth citizen of mother india request to urge in front of you to please take some steps in tighten labour rules for private sector employees also. As you might be aware of the fact that India's youth power at present if we compare stress level from world is on the highest level and this is not at all benefit our motherland and one of the biggest reason for that is "LABOUR LAWS BECOME MOCKERY IN OUR COUNTRY". Many private institutions, even in listed and known organization at present taking there employees blood working them for 13-14 hours a day even call them on week off days, making imbalance work life and personal life to a great extent because they know that in India no labour laws will harm them. I hope that just like taken bold steps in many areas you will also take some steps in "TIGHTEN LABOUR LAWS" so that youth of India have some smile. JAI HIND JAIN BHARAT

Dear Respected Modiji, Sir, my self Rakesh Singh resident of a small village Sagrampur, Taraiya, Saran, Bihar. I am working as a computer Instructor in a private school earlier I was posted in KV Khonsa Arunachal Pradesh. here I have came in 2017 and now it is 2022's last month here I feel if you reopened the Marhura Sugar mill which is closed since, 25 years. if this sugar mill opens then there will be employment creation about 1.5 crore and it will be great gift for us and here is problem of sale of local liquor through which more than 200 people were died due to consuming poisonous liquor. I think sir if the people jet job then this type of problems will also minimised if people have job then they will not do this type of things and all will busy in there work and they earn more and there socio-Economic conditions will also improved. the leaders of our area like MLA and MP even I have not seen them and they also not doing well.

Respected sir, Our govt. is doing wonderful on international level. No doubt our country will become one of the super powers soon. But at the same time, overall standard of living of common man should be enhanced. You can provide rice and sugar on ration shop. But what about Respect? so everyone should get opportunity to earn it. Our industrialists are backbone of economy. But few of them are taking misadvantage of govt. policies. After my complaint to Pmo office about attacks inside company, in 2018, I am suspended from job on the basis of false charges. In last 4 years of suspension, I have lost all my hopes of getting justice. Now only god will help me. But I request you to take care of all working people and frame the policies accordingly, and prompt action on complaints about pf, gratuity, injustice and violence at workplace. Jai Hind!!
