आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम विषय- सेवा विस्तार देने संबंधी प्राबधान पूर्ण रूप से बंद करना। महोदय जी आज एक बहुत बड़ी शक्ति के बारे में बात करना चाहूंगा जिसका प्रयोग सिर्फ और सिर्फ अपनो को लाभ देने के लिए किया जाता है। वह है सेवा विस्तार। लाखों युवा बेरोज़गार हैं। लेकिन सरकारें सारे नियम कानून दरकिनार कर के चहेतों को सेवा विस्तार दे देती हैं। यह कहाँ का न्याय है? क्यों दी गई है ऐसी पॉवर सरकार के नूमाएंदो को? इस सब को बंद किया जाना चाहिए महोदय जी। कानून बनाया जाए कि बर्तमान मे कोई भी सरकार कोई सेवा विस्तार न दे पाये। धन्यबाद।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम विषय- लैंड होल्डिंग की लिमिट का कानून बनाना। हमारे देश में बहुत से ऐसे लोग हैं जिनके पास एक इंच भूमि का मालिकाना हक़ नही है। और ऐसे भी लोग हैं जिनके पास इतनी ज्यादा भूमि है कि कोई हिसाब ही नहीं। बर्तमान में हम देखते हैं कि जितने भी धन्ना सेठ हैं बो अपना सारा पैसा भूमि ख़रीद में लगा रहे हैं और किसान बन के सभी लाभ ले रहे हैं। क्युंकि हमारे देश में ऐसा को कानून नही है कि एक आदमी के पास अधिकतम करनी भूमि होनी चाहिये।इसी कारण अमीर लोग एक तो देश को टैक्स नही देते हैं दूसरा गरीबों का शोषण करते हैं। इस संबंधी कानून बनाया जाना चाहिए।

Sir The rights of contract workers in India are legally regulated by the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 ("CLA"). The premise of the CLA is to ensure that contract labour is accorded all benefits and protections that regular employees enjoy under Indian law. The CLA imposes obligations on both the principal employer and the contractor including registration requirements, statutory pay, benefits and access to industry-standard working conditions for contract labour. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय अगर हम वास्तव में स्वच्छ भारत और स्वस्थ भारत बनाना चाहते हैं तो आपको हर घर के आगे दो डस्टबिन (गिला और सूखे कचरे के लिए) लगाना अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए तथा पार्क, बगीचे, ट्रैन या ऐसे जगह जहाँ लोग इकठे होते हैं वहां भी डस्टबिन लगाना अनिवार्य होना चाहिए। हर रोड पर 2 से 3 किलोमीटर के बाद दो डस्टबिन रखना अनिवार्य हो। इसके बाद भी जो लोग कचरा इधर-उधर फेंकते हैं उनपर प्रसाशनिक कार्यवाही हो, कुछ चीजों के लिए सख्ती आवश्यक होती है। कई बार हमनें देखा है कि लोग कचरा फेंकने के लिए जगह ढूंढते हैं लेकिन वहां कोई डस्टबिन न होने के वजह से वो इधर-उधर फेंक देते हैं, इसका निदान आवश्यक है।
