I would like to suggest bringing a reform or more like improvisation among the companies which don’t fall u/s 203 of the Act and for those appointment of whole-time company secretary is not mandatory. For those companies, the necessary changes may be brought in the Act, by appointing Practicing Company Secretaries as Statutory Secretary/ies to maintain the principles of good governance and support those companies to comply with the provisions of the Act duly.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय प्रणाम, वर्तमान समय मे अधिकतर किसान फसलों मे रासायनिक खाद का प्रयोग कर रहे है जिसका मानव स्वास्थ्य पर तो सीधा असर पड़ ही रहा है साथ ही रासायनिक पदार्थों से पर्यावरण भी प्रदूषित हो रहा है इससे बचने के लिए मैं किसान साथियों को घरेलू कीटनाशक बनाने की विधि बताकर पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूक कर रहा हूं जिसके अंतर्गत मिट्टी के मटके मे पांच लीटर गाय की छाछ, एक लीटर गौ -मूत्र,पचास ग्राम हींग व एक तांबा का पात्र डाल कर मिश्रण तैयार कर इसको 15 से 20 दिन तक सड़ा कर इसको 40 लीटर पानी मे मिलाकर फसल मे कीटनाशक के रूप मे स्प्रे करने पर फसल को बहुत फायदा होगा,ऐसा करने से किसान साथियों को पैसों की बचत भी होगी तथा साथ ही पर्यावरण मे शुद्धता भी बनी रहेंगी।श्रीमान मैं पिछले चार वर्ष से अपने क्षेत्र मे पर्यावरण संरक्षण का कार्य कर रहा हू तथा इस विधि से तैयार की हुई कीटनाशक का हजारों बड़े पेड़ो पर स्प्रे कर उनको दीमक के प्रकोप से बचाया है और मेरा यह प्रयास निरंतर जारी हैं ताकि आगामी दिनों मे क्षेत्र मे पर्यावरण संबंधित समस्याओं से बचा जा सकें। बजरंग सिंह,गांव-रानीपुरा,खंडेला,सीकर(राज)
