Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated every year on 31st October to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, which serves as a significant occasion to reaffirm the spirit of national unity, integrity, and collective strength. The Ekta Parade organized at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, is a central feature of these celebrations, showcasing the cultural diversity, achievements, and unity of the nation through disciplined contingents and thematic tableaux.

With the objective of enhancing the quality, inclusiveness, and thematic richness of the tableaux to be presented during the Ekta Parade 2026, the Ministry of Home Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, is inviting ideas from citizens to democratize participation and provide an opportunity for citizens across the country to contribute creatively to this prestigious national event.

The primary objective of this activity is to harness the collective imagination, creativity, and innovative perspectives of the people of India. Citizens from diverse backgrounds, such as students, artists, professionals, and enthusiasts, can offer unique insights that reflect contemporary themes of national integration, cultural heritage, technological progress, and social harmony. This participatory approach will not only augment the conceptual foundation of the tableaux but also ensure that the final presentations resonate more deeply with the aspirations and sentiments of the public. Citizen participation in the conceptualization phase will help in identifying fresh, relevant, and impactful themes that might not emerge through conventional channels alone. It encourages a sense of ownership and pride among citizens, as their ideas may contribute to shaping a national-level showcase. Additionally, it promotes transparency and inclusiveness in the planning process, aligning with the broader vision of citizen engagement in governance.

The collected ideas will be carefully compiled and analyzed to identify common themes, innovative concepts, and regionally diverse representations. Based on this input, meaningful themes for the tableaux will be finalized. Subsequently, proposals will be invited to develop detailed designs and concepts aligned with the selected themes, ensuring professional execution while retaining the essence of public contributions.

This initiative will surely enhance the visual appeal, narrative strength, and emotional connect of the tableaux. By integrating public ideas into the design process, the tableaux will better reflect the collective identity of the nation and effectively convey messages of unity, diversity, and national pride. Conclusively, this activity will make Rashtriya Ekta Diwas 2026 more engaging and inclusive and also represent the true idea of good governance.

If we want to achieve our goal of Vikasit Bharat till 2047, then we have to make these five things almost free in our country: food, shelter, clothes, education, and medical facilities. Then only the population will think of technology, start-ups, civic sense, and development. For this to happen, start with busting the bubble of the construction industry (residential.) We need to immediately stop the monetization part of all social media apps. It's a Cold War weapon. Once our young generation gets used to this easy money on views, comments, and likes, the US will stop it suddenly and our whole young generation will become useless. In Mumbai suburbs we need to have an alternative to MSEB. ST BUS and MSEB are becoming the center of corruption. We have to develop 4-5 new water dams in all states. And while developing it, we need to plan new water dams simultaneously.

Green India & Justice Charter Subject: Strengthening India’s environmental protection, waste management, and justice framework India faces twin challenges: environmental degradation and rising crime. To safeguard our future, the government should adopt a Green India & Justice Charter. Environmental Measures: Launch public dialogues on forests, recycling, and sustainable living, similar to past citizen consultations. Promote digital notes, UPI payments, and e‑learning to reduce paper demand. Establish district recycling stations with incentives (e.g., 5 kg paper = ₹10, 20 kg = ₹100). Encourage industries to adopt metal + recycled plastic alloys instead of wood, with tax breaks for eco‑friendly alternatives. Build sealed furnaces in garbage areas to process waste into reusable pellets. Captured emissions should be filtered and repurposed under strict regulation for industrial or defense use. Justice & Law Enforcement: Fast‑track courts for timber mafia and ille
