That's why our subject also be such that it covers the entirety of life and the explanation of such a subject should be accomplished in the shade of nature, i mean in actual way not in virtual way.As Rabindra Nath Tagore ji has said that teachings should held in the company of nature.Citation Visva Bharti University. UNESCO has also recognised this institute. In today's time the solution to the problems lies in the conservation of nature. That's why discussion on the problems and their solution as well as achievements should be held in the lap of nature which will lead to new paths and communicate new energy. जब होगा प्रकृति का साथ और युवाओं का हाथ तभी बनेगी एक नई मन की बात मन की बात मन में ही न रह जाए, आओ मिलकर कर्तव्यपथ पर अग्रसर हो जाए।

observed that, now a days most of the students are not having enthusiasm to get selected in the Civil Service / Group -1. Instead of preparing when they are in the College, now a days they are preparing after completion of their degree in the coaching centers due to lack of proper guidance and inspiration at the time of pursuing their studies in the school / College. So, if we implement a scheme like working with civil servants (Chief Secretary, Spl. CS, Principle Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collectors, Magistrates, RDOs, Municipal Commissioners, DSPs, MROs, MPDOs etc.,) for couple of days from every Government School / College toppers may guide them to set a goal not

Some Central Govt Departments give anonymous reply against RTI online Applications. They rather force the Indian Citizens to submit RTI Applications ONLINE and they do not even update the list of CPIO / First Appellate Authoirties. There is a wrong trend as it amounts to subverting the Right to Information Act. In some Govt Departmets even Nodal CPIO is transferred within the short time so the people do not have any clue whom to address the RTI Applciations. Similar situation prevail for submitting Public Grievances online too. Again anonymous reply is issued, The anonymous response by some central govt. departments against online RTI and PG Applications amounts to misuse of Digital Technology and needs to be discouraged.
