Similar to Google Maps, government buildings can be listed in the app, and when a particular building is selected, the details of the government employees working there can be viewed. Citizens could then select an employee and provide ratings based on their work performance. A standardized performance rating system may be introduced, and if an employee consistently receives poor ratings (for example, below 70%), appropriate administrative action can be considered as per existing service rules.
