Government should take appropriate steps to regulate- 1. Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs) and 2. Digital Gold.
Substantial number of people make investments in these products and without proper regulation, their wealth is at stake.

India’s rural economy, environmental sustainability, and cultural heritage are closely linked with the protection and welfare of cattle. At present, many registered gaushalas face financial constraints, while the issue of stray cattle causes crop damage and hardship for farmers. In view of these challenges, it is recommended that the Union Budget include dedicated provisions for cow protection as part of a broader rural development and environmental strategy. A National Cow Protection and Welfare Mission may be strengthened with financial support for registered gaushalas, covering nutrition, veterinary care, vaccination, and infrastructure. Budgetary support should also be extended to promote cow-based livelihoods by encouraging the production of biogas, organic manure, and natural bio-inputs derived from cow dung and urine, thereby creating employment opportunities for rural youth and self-help groups. Effective management of stray cattle through cow shelters at the village and pancha

Jai hind jai Bharat 🙏🏽.
These points to make India self sustainable and vishwa guru :
1) budget allocation to have controlled India made social media platform to avoid future misuse by current stakeholders
2) measures in budget to control on corruption via digital scrutiny which already you people are planning.
3) Government sector working in R&D should be asked to be more active in defence equipment manufacturing /technology transfer in various fields like lasers , RF, Fast signalling etc and the government should spend more on R&D cutting freebies somewhat
4) mandatory training to upgrade people working in technical domain as learning everything from scratch would cost alot in time and human resources, separate budget allocation for technical knowledge upliftment is the key , karmayogi portal is good for adminstration related work , similar thing needs to be done for cutting edge technology upgradation & fast learning by proper trainings , particularly for R&D sector.

Govt can prevent gig-economy on verge of collapse due to unviability, any time, and protect livelihoods by using ONDC as employment infrastructure, not just a commerce platform. By breaking platform monopolies & compressing commissions from 20–35% to under 8%, ONDC can free value to raise delivery-worker earnings without raising consumer prices. A cooperative logistics model on ONDC can pool orders, reduce idle time and lift monthly incomes to ₹15,000 sustainably. Distance-based or metered pricing, low cost within 1 km, and higher beyond, will increase hyperlocal order volume, shorten routes, improve rider productivity and expand market size. Flat pricing and 10-minute delivery promises to be avoided as they distort economics exploiting labor. Policy should stabilize ~ 5 million full-time jobs supported by flexible part-time capacity through payout floors, transparent fee sharing and support for worker-owned delivery cooperatives, turning fragile gig work into durable urban employment.
