The Core Recommendation: The first taxable income bracket should officially commence after the effective tax-free limit of ₹12.75 lakhs. We suggest the following revised slab structure for the New Tax Regime, applying uniformly to all resident individual taxpayers: Up to ₹12.75 Lakhs: Nil (Basic Exemption Limit) ₹12.75 Lakhs to ₹20 Lakhs: 10% (A new, consolidated middle-income bracket) ₹20 Lakhs to ₹40 Lakhs: 20% ₹40 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore: 25% Above ₹1 Crore: 30% (Highest Marginal Rate)

Railways are transforming in a good and faster way. However, my suggestion being a frequent traveler, I need to take multiple tickets for assisting in duties due to waitlisted tickets. My suggestion is to reduce the cancellation charges to minimal WAITLISTED AND AUTOMATIC CANCELLED TICKETS. Because the person is not able to loose the money for nowhere and railway is just enjoying the free fund levied on automatically cancelled tickets. The person is getting the refund after deduction of charges , makes financial loss.

Recently, Mr Amitabh kant wrote an article, where he mentioned the idea of 120 day flyovers. Today our cities are getting choked because of delays in construction activity. we need to change our tendering system and start building at speed. for example a 1Km flyover in Pune takes minimum 2 years to complete. we need to change this mechanism and start building things speedily. 1 KM flyover or underpass should be built in 6 months max.

Dear sir/madam Please implement the much awaited Palakkad railway coach factory. This project is actually proposed during the period of 1980-1984 by the former prime minister Smt. Indra gandhi. This project was shifted to Kaputhala,Punjab inorder to stop Khalisthan movement.During the year 2010 the railway officially inaugarated the Palakkad coach factory but not started factory work. Now Kerala Govt had already aquired 1,200 acres of land for industrial purpose. This land is well connected with roads, railways, airport & seaport. So i am requesting union govt to implement this project as a wholly owned/PPP project. The railway coaches & locomotives manufactured at this factory can be exported to foreign countries through Vizhinjam International transhipment port,Thiruvananthapuram,Kerala Thank you

We have done a lot of work in Infrastructure in last 10 years. The scale is huge, but the speed is slow. For example, we still tender 50Kms of road projects with a timeline of 2 or 3 years. We need to drastically reduce this to may be 3 months or 6 months max. We need to build the capacity for speedy execution. In hilly areas it is fine, but in areas where it plain , there also we take 2-3 years for a 50km road. we need to change our mindset.

In last 5 years the CAPEX investment has payed off well. We need to sustain the pace of CAPEX rise. This year the CAPEX should be atleast 15 lakh crore. Furthermore, please invest atleast 2 lakh crore per year in bullet trains in India. If we do that in a targetted manner i.e 2 Lakhs crore per year, then lot of our problems will get solved.

I am from gold jewellery manufacturing sector. Based in mumbai. The main loop hole . Is retailers and manufacturers don’t have a proper portal to connect . Hence , middle men who calls themself as wholesalers take the major chunk of profit. Which makes retail jewellery shop to ask for high making charges Hence , the end customer in retail jewellery store suffers. A small break up - manufactures are hardly getting 1%- 2% in only gold jewellery. Which is 100% hand made . The so called wholesaler , who are actually broker or middle men. Sells to retailers on double the profit. Plus they make jewellery in credit from manufacturers. And payment is given after 15-30 days . On other hand they get payment with in 10days from retailers. Bcoz of this manufactures are suffering. Due to this retailers also have to take high making . Indian government should help manufacturers. As gold for every Indians big investment, from ages . As well as faith. Government should look towards this.

At first appreciating for 0% GST on Health Insurance, In addition to that please consider my view. As per old regime of Income tax 80D, please give relaxation on Health Insurance in New Income tax regime for 12 lakhs also, it will help to take every one take Health Insurances for themselves and their families. I think it will become a game changer of 0% GST Health Insurances. Thanks Regards.
