The corporate tax rate applicable to domestic companies is 25% whereas for individuals is 39% & 42% respectively in New & old Regime. Could you please look into this anomaly & help bridging the gap. I also want to highlight that No changes are made to old tax regime for past so many years, increasing the tax burden on "Salaried Middle-class" honest tax payers like us. I urge the team & govt to look into this topic & provide some relief to us by changing the tax-slabs for "Old Regime" too. There has been constant demand to increase the ceiling of Section 80C and "Interest on Home-loan" for self-occupied property but nothing has been done for past 11 years.

TDS laws On Sale of property (194-IA) costing more than 50 Lakh, should be relaxed. There’s no way for those who purchased property before 31 May 2024 from a seller whose pan-Aadhar was not linked that time but was linked post 31 May 2024. Whole liability of 20% TDS has been imposed on buyers, who have to pay it from their pocket. Some relief such as date extension etc. should be given released so that buyers could deposit 1% although with interest-late fee. Buyers cannot be left so hopeless.

1. Money spent by companies to fulfill Ewaste EPR Liability should be considered as CSR. This will give impetus to Indian Electronic & Electrical brand owners and manufacturers to offset their increased overhead and be competitive in the global market which is dominated by China and as well proactively and willingly engage in Environmental Compliance. 2. Request to set up a National Portal for Indian Manufacturing industries/ brands to effectively collaborate with Indian technical Institutes like NIT, IIT, IISc and similar Institutions. This will enable better synergy and R&D in areas like Electronics,Electrical,Automation,Biotech, Nanotech, AI & IOT, enable existing manufacturing units struggling in areas of specific technical support and testing. This will also help the students of these academic institutes to be more employment ready and also focus on areas of R&D which are specific to the needs of Indian Manufacturing Industries to realize the mission of Make in INDIA.

The Union Budget of India often focuses on inclusive growth and economic stability. Key highlights include enhanced allocations for infrastructure, health, and education, promoting long-term development. Initiatives for rural development, such as increased funds for agriculture and rural employment, support farmers and boost the rural economy. Tax reforms simplify compliance and benefit taxpayers. Emphasis on green energy and sustainability fosters environmental protection. Start-ups and MSMEs receive incentives to spur innovation and job creation. Digital transformation gets a push with investments in technology and skill development. Welfare schemes for women, youth, and marginalized communities ensure socio-economic equity and upliftment.

Hi Sir, The following idea will save billons of INR if IMPLEMENTED correctly. As we are developing new fast internet ( 5G, 6G, Start Link), can the government start PDF books in all schools ( private/ government and across India )? This will reduce tree cutting ( more environmentally friendly) and corruption that has been going on for more than 2., or 3 decades in printing paper books. All students then just need to take the laptop to school and can download PDF books and take notes in Word documents. Around the world, all developing nations doing this and we are only lagging in this. Hope, the soon government will make some laws/rules / GR on this. Thanks, Vinit
