1. We are at the cusp of irreversible climate crisis with seasonal variations and natural calamities raising alarm to take expedited steps towards environment conservation and restoration. Budget should review allocation of funds for such programs as well as identify grass root level change agents to lead such efforts touching masses.
2. Budget should look for setting up "Center for Advanced Tech Research" under National Knowledge Network, to focus on next generation technology research and development.
3. To boost health infrastructure and accessibility, set up institutions like AIIMS, PGI, CMC in every state.
4. Review guidelines for inflation adjusted minimum wage and social security.
5. Raise exemption limit under 80G for government identified charitable institutions to attract public sponsorship.
6. National level scholarship for higher education for economically weaker section.
7. Review current IT slab with emphasis on inculcating healthy saving habit by taxpayer.

Union budget 2023-24 (1) IN such a way that both customers, producers & sellers get benifits like for example suppose FARMERS is a producers which grows wheat, rice, maize etc., sellers are that persons which buy there products(convert wheat into biscuit) , customers which purchase the finished product like biscuit, so if we reduce the cost price on fertilizers & new method of famering, IN WHICH LESS INPUT & MORE OUTPUT, (2) PROVIDE LOANS FOR HOME AT LOW COST LIKE IF ANYONE MAKE RAINWATER HARVESTING HOME, USE SOLAR PANELS etc. SO THAT WE MOVE NON-CONVENTIONAL ENERGY SO THAT WE PLAN TO FUTURE, (3) INCREASE THE SERVICES OF TELECOM COMPANIES BCZ IN GROUND THEY NEITHER PROVIDE SPEED NOR CALL FACILITY BUT ONLY INCREASE THE TARIFF PLANS ACCORDING TO BENIFITS FOR THEMSELVES SO MAKE ONE LAW IF COMPANY NOT PROVIDE SERVICES EVEN THE TIME COMMENTS BY COMPANY ITSELF THEN PAY FINE OF AMOUNT 50 LAKH CRORE TO CUSTOMERS, I SEND THE SPEED WHICH COMPANY PROVIDED TO ME https://youtu.be/iYcR_Sx5tQY

First of all, I want to thank Government of India, for giving us (common public) an opportunity to give suggestions for budget 2023-2024.
I hope my suggestion would be helpful for budget.
Considering the real rate of inflation and hiked medical expenses give relief atleast to Senior Citizens & more to very senior citizens by abolishing the Dividend Tax , bringing it at par with foreign investors and the world.
Remove long term Tax on equities to work as incentive to attract foreign capital in this difficult times. Will act to win trust of investors.

Dear Sir, Large employments can be generated when small instustries will survive. Why small industries are always under too much government regulations which might be practically not possible because they start from low capital, lots of loan and with huge hope but in return only they get hurdles from from government officers who visit time to time just to find little negligence in rules and impose illegal notice to take bribe in return and destroying vision, and motivation of person. Even illegal notice needs years in court to be proven true. Till then the persons wealth become zero fighting for it. Why most of the small industries who tries to grow larger get destroyed to zero with some intentional raids of ED, IT, GST and all this are mostly done with political influence. Why not this should be set to a limit of turnover upto 10cr or 20cr and taxpayer paying tax upto 1-2cr? Survival of Lakhs of small business is must to generate crores of employments. Please give some relaxation.

I have following suggestions:
1. Implement moral education / Good Human Being chapters in the curriculum in order to build our next generation more sensible and humane.
2. Respect the senior citizens and extend the tax slabs for them so that tax burden can be reduced in this last phase of their life
3. Increase the tax slab for all the employees. This shall increase their buying capacity. Suggestion: Upto 5 Lakh - ZERO tax; 500001 to 15,00,000: 10%; 15,00,001 to 30,00,000 - 20%; and above 30,00,000 - 30%
4. Reduce the corruption in welfare schemes - In villages people with monthly earnings of even more than 1L get enrolled themselves in MNREGA and get the money in their accounts (of course they pay the cut money to sarpanch/mate/VDO etc.). Similarly people with monthly earnings of >1L are enrolled as poor and get wheat/rice/lentils/cooking oil, etc. SOme of them could be your voters or party workers but ultimately this is destroying our sociocultural fabric and promoting corrupti

Every day thousands of passengers are coming from south to Nagarsol Railway station to visit Saibaba Temple at Shirdi. Outside of Nagarsol Railway station from Morning 5 am more than 200 four wheelers are waiting just to transfer passenger from Nagarsol to Shirdi at the charges of Rs.100 to 500 per passenger. Distance from Nagarsol to Shirdi is not more than 45 minutes by Train then also trains coming from Chennai, Bengluru, Hyderabad, Vishakapattanam why stopping only at Nagarsol is the big question. Whole day these trains are standing at Nagarsol Platform whereas passengers who came for pilgrimage of Shirdi are in the trap of private four wheeler drivers. So heartiest request to honourable minister please extend all these trains journey directly till Shirdi not at Nagarsol. Also extend Marathwada express upto Nashik Road. Presently it is running till Manmad.

Respected Ma'am
Since your goverment is famous for very innovative ideas and largescale developments which reflects in your budget year after year.
Ma'am with the development of rail and road there is a very large scope in aviation sector also. In future a large scale of satellite air traffic control centre (ATC) and Helipads can be built in rural areas for the smooth functioning of Helicopter Taxis and Drones operations, emergency landings and medical evacuations. These ATC can also be used for training centre of drone operations for agriculture purpose. This will boost village torism also with a very small investment. As these satellite ATC will be a fairer distance away from city or town or big expressways areas to avoid any kind of mishap happening. This will bring infrastructure development to remote villagaes as it will require a small hangar for maintenance of helicopters and drones , ATC , refreshment shops etc.

Stop issuing lacs of physical TDS certificates, which is just of no use as 26AS takes care of it. Also increase the TDS on interest from 5-10 k to say 25k, giving big relief in compliance as well as to the investors.
Post covid, Medical Insurance Premiums have increased, so increase it's deduction limits.
