Nowadays, youngsters are finding diffucult to manage their health due to work pressure, mainly in private sector.
They stretch extensively beyond working hours and on holidays too.
They are always on conference calls with Team Members, Management, Clients etc.
While awareness is created about health hazard caused by radiation emitted while using Mobile phone, other gagets etc in one side, there is a compulsion for the younger employees to use them most of the time.
They (majority population with exception of few) do not exercise properly, not eating on time, do not have more time for personal life etc.
While our Mother Country largely depends on those younger and future generations, it is important that the Government considers and designs some policy framework for Companies with suitable advise to adopt it and revisit the working hours pattern. This would certainly help their employees not only personally but also professionally with enhanced productivity.

1. Slab for interest on housing loans to be increased to 5L for 30+ L home loans.
2. 80C slab is waiting for years to be increased from 1.5L. Should be made 3L for 30+ home loans.
3. Tax payers (more than 5L) should be benefitted/discounted for govt services such as highway tolls, railways, property tax.
4. All politicians with positions of lok sabha, rajya sabha, state and central ministers should be made liable to tax exactly in a same way as regular salaried employees. No different way of taxing. Salaried people are taxed even in gifts, vouchers redeemed as performance awards. All should be treated the same way.

Hon'ble Finance Minister, Government of India hopes that there should be a provision in the upcoming budget to reduce the rising inflation in the country in the coming financial years. It is also expected that there should be special financial schemes for the economically weaker, disabled, women and the poor. Farmers, laborers should also be given priority consideration. The unemployed should get new employment opportunities. Taxation should also be reformed. Prices of household goods should come down. thank you.

Suggestion of India to be world Power and Improve our Financials, Human Development Index and Environmentally sustainable:
1. Tax heavily on luxury clubs, travel holidays, pubs, bar, pan masalas, liquor, excess electricity bills above certain units usage, excess wealth business, hotels and other road side vendors selling income more than 1 lakh per month.
2. Some consumers taking cylinders more than 1 cylinder per month to 30 cylinders should e caped as they are diverting cylinders for other purposes.
3. Put GST in Electricity bills, Petrol diesel and LPG, Real estate transactions and Liquor
4. All luxury foods, fast food chins unhealthy should be taxed heavily
5. Increase taxes of education or health costs above 1 lakh for hospitals side and educational institutions side as they are not operating as non profiting organizations.

Hi Sir,
Currently we are paying tax when we switch from one fund to new fund. We won’t get money to bank account also , it is with AMC only .please waive off this .
Also , please consider removing ltcg for tax payers for staying invested above 5yrs , that way govt can encourage Good savings habits and make public don’t depend on govt schemes when they retire.

Suggestion of India to be world Power and Improve our Financials, Human Development Index and Environmentally sustainable:
1. Taxing Indians is very low compared to other world nations only salaried are running these country and giving money to all from politicians, to farmer, to business mens etc.
2. Salaried are facing double taxation burden like 33% tax and reaming 67% money also taxed by any product buying like GST 0-28% shows salaried are getting peanuts finally with these again he has costs like medical, education costs, general house hold costs, house buying and interest cost and retirement savings etc finally he has no money left to enjoy or relax etc
3. so govt first close all routes meant for evading taxes and reduce tax of income for upto 10 lakhs for injustice done to salaried up to so many years and correctly tax others so govt has no loss only gain and win win for salaried govt and sincere tax payers who don't escape.
4. Tax all rental income holders, luxury

This is on Service Tax --
!. For any getting any service from service service provider, we pay GST@ 9% to State & 9% to Centre. I could I know that the tax deducted from me is deposited or not? For example, if I get a kitchen equipment serviced from a local service provider, I need to pay GST. My question is how I will know that same amount has been deposited as GST?
2. Service Tax is too high, can it be reduced to 10%?
