All the hospitals, Law firms, Private Tuition Teachers who earn their living must earn digitally only. This will make every one come under the digital platform. Even the poor people have RUPAY card so it will be easy for them to transfer the money safely.

Government should spread it's khelo india program to village of India very thoroughly and fastly because in cities people don't take game seriously but as a source of income and I think (which might different to others thought)that village people takes game seriously that's why attendence in school register always less than attendence in cricket or different play ground... But due to absence of fare and economical support and also their parents always advice them not to play and focus on study so they divert their ideas from their interest to parents interest and this led their future blur.. And if they and their parents would aware of khelo india program and vast benifit of games then ... No. Of medal in point table of Olympic games and many other games would have better results and also parents and their children got some benifit... Please expand this to village they are requiring it.... Thanks to modiji and Kiran Rijiju for starting khelo india program.

The cost of medical treatment is soaring high these days making it unaffordable for the poor and the middle class people. The present medical insurance agencies shy away from providing coverage for treatment of existing serious illness or charge exorbitant rates for coverage. This forces the less and underprivileged people to find the means by disposing of their cherished and valuable possessions or to get loan from local loan sharks making their life hell later on. Government should consider providing medical insurance to all citizens at reasonable and affordable premium.

Respected Officials, My suggestion is to establish THREE NEW 'National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management' i.e. NIFTEM in Odisha, Assam, Nagpur (Maharashtra) and Gandhinagar (Gujarat). I recently joined NIFTEM, Sonepat. In our induction program, our Hon'ble Vice Chancellor said "India is the second largest producer of agricultural products but we process approximately 5% of it" Such is the magnitude where our country lacks in post harvest phase of agricultural goods. Honble CM of Odisha had earlier demanded a NIFTEM for Odisha in Year 2017. And I am sure if our central government sanctions a NIFTEM for Odisha he will definitely cooperate for it. A NIFTEM in Odisha and Assam will cover Eastern India, Central India can be covered by NIFTEM Nagpur, Western India can be covered by NIFTEM, Gandhinagar. Setting up NIFTEM does not require huge land, only 100 acres is enough and not much initial investments like IITs. I hope you will consider

GST Officers are thinking that all van sale traders are law evaders and imposing heavy penalty on the presumption of multiple sales,with the same gst invoices. These punishments should be given only after establishing & not on flimsy grounds, sometimes the delivery of goods are delayed due to sudden illnes of delivery boys,absence of unloading headload wokers, sudden out burst of hartal, bandh, panic situation etc . A sympathetic approach is needed in these situations. Allowances/discounts to senior citizens should be reinstated, Allownces given toM.P, M.L.A should be abolished, Senior citzens above the age of 65 shiould be given a monthly pension, thank you, Madam

Budget should also see some benefits for middle-class shopkeepers .

Respected Maam I would like to say that as a measure for women empowerment kindly keep the income tax for people with income more than 5 lakh per annum to be fixed at 29 percent. This would encourage more and more companies in the name of women and maybe they will have a better decision making authority or say in the family. Thanks
