the union budget is required to plan the limited resources for the maximum benefit of the country. Furthermore, adequate earnings are required to be able to deploy resources in the country's best interests. These factors necessitate a well-planned union budget.

Pl. allocate more funds to the proper implementation of the NEP as this will empower the future of India to secure not only theirs but their country's future as well. Major improvements to be brought to the Urban Public Transport as the cities are rising very rapidly as the current infra is just crumbling from the load of the extra population it is now serving. Make an upper limit of 5lacs of exemption from LTCG Tax as this will enable a regular investor to tap into her funds in a situation of emergency, without giving a second thought to its tax implications. A Push, should given in the form of tax incentives to builders or rewards to Municipal Corporations, to follow the Ahe.dabad system of city development. Thanks for reading and considering my opinions.

Implement gender neutrality uniform for all students in our country. From the school time itself if our children taught about gender neutrality it will create so much progress in the social status of India. And also from the textbook itself gender neutral stories, cartoons, examples should be implement.Instead of the cartoons like mother always in kitchen, father always watching television or reading newspaper.Children want to aware that both father and mother have role in kitchen and also in the administration of the house. So school textbooks should be changed to show the gender neutrality in stories cartoons examples and each and every activities.

Sir, My suggestion is to go for Pre Fabricated RCC Houses under PM Aawas Yojna. Because of huge requirements, this will ultimately come out Not Expensive if not cheaper. Quality will be far better, Faster execution and less harassment.

For India particularly the budget statement that is presented is of the deficit budget. This means that the expenditure made by the government is greater than the receipts made by the government. And the easiest way to cover this deficit is through different modes such as borrowing or even selling bonds. As per the budget statement the most important is the economic survey which is basically the blueprint of the entire budget. Last year on 17th December the chief minister advisor- KV Subramanian resigned from his position, which is why the same is now handled by CEA. And the replacement of the chief minister Advisor is yet to be decided by the government.Article 112 of the Constitution of India gives words about the union budget. It states that the ḥPresident must put forward the approximate receipt along with the expenditure before the start of the new financial year.

The interest for nonpayment of tax is charged at the rate of 12% whereas the interest given on refund to the assesses is merely 6%. Uniform rate of interest of either 6% or 12% p.a. both for refunds and tax dues payable by the Government and taxpayers respectively may be prescribed. The standard deduction amount should be enhanced to at least Rs. 100,000 to ease the tax burden of the employees and keeping in mind the rate of inflation and purchasing power of the salaried individual, At present deduction u/s 80TTA is provided of Rs. 10,000/- to individual and HUF who earn interest income from saving bank interest. It is suggested that the scope of the said deduction should be enlarged and should also covered FDR interest within the ambit. Under the provisions of Act the income of the Minor child is clubbed in the income of the parent.

For boosting the CNG and electrical vehicles in India, implement an order that each and every officials of government in our country should change their petrol/diesel vehicles to CNG/ELECTRICAL and thus can step forward for the goal of zero carbon emission. If government officials becomes the model for the encouragement of CNG/ELECTRICAL vehicles the common people will also follow it soonly.

Govt has taken initiative in curbing frad , Corruption. Bring stringent law to ensure whatever budget allocation, planning is more effective. Seperate courts at State Level for Frauds & Corruption cases. Provide good infrastructure. No permission required to prosecute Officers under corruption charges.Cases to be decided within 2 years. Not more than One appeal. Presently takes longer period & cases are diluted over a period of time & encourages people indulge in this anti national activity.

Here I am suggesting an idea for the eradication of poverty by giving food to people at a fair price. When J. Jayalalitha former chief minister of Tamil Nadu started a new initiative named "Amma Canteen" in which food were given to people at very low cost, it creates a huge impact on people and they welcomed and accepted the initiative at its best. Lots of poor people got very kind of help from "Amma Canteen" as they can meet their Breakfast, lunch and Dinner at very low cost. Very soon "Amma Canteen" became so successful and it spreads at each and every part of Tamilnadu especially in rural areas. Like this some other states also started such initiatives and all of them got huge response from people. So I requesting the central government to implement such an initiative like "PRADHANMANTHRI BHARATH CANTEEN" at a national level in which the poor people can meet their breakfast lunch dinner at low price. And for boosting women empowerment, the execution of this can be given to women.
