as you removed DDT like wise remove AMT and MAT for small companies. make same tax rates for Partnership/LLP/Company under Income Tax Act. Remove Income tax Audit for individuals/huf t/o up to 2 crore, Partnership/llp T/O up to 20lakh rupees. this helps in reducing start up cost in LLP and Partnership form without any loss in revenue to government.

Sir I am requesting to consider the unorganized employees posted for implementing for govt. Projects, like MNREGA... Lakhs of Persons spoil their life for the programmes. More then 15 years experianced IT & Engineering staffs works in various schemes.. they not getting any kind of wellness, Medical and pension benefit..... these contract employees are exploited by superiors.... Please consider them like an employees in private firms ....

After implementation of CGST & E-OFFICE, it appears that about 40% staffs are in excess in CBIC. All offical work has became online. Staring from submission of Return & scrutiny etc. This excess of staff strength is both at Ministerial & Executive cadres. So, to get the benefit of Computerization and subsequent chages of Rules & Regulation ( From C. Ex. to CGST) the Govt. should trim the staff strength and spend the Unnecessary excess payment to fat staff strength to the development of poorest of the poor. Though, it will not be taken into consideration that is known as any feedback from the dept. will ask for more staff strength for opening up smooth promotion avenue.
