In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations.

#Farmers उत्तर प्रदेश के कई क्षेत्रों में जैसे कौशांबी, सुल्तानपुर, अम्बेकरनगर, आदि में #नीलगाय और #जंगली_सूअर, किसानों के लिए यमराज बन चुके हैं । उनका झुंड फसलों को पूरी तरह बर्बाद कर रहे हैं जो आगे चलकर किसानों की आत्महत्या का प्रमुख कारण बन जाता है। कृपया किसानों की फसलों को #नीलगाय, #जंगली_सुआरों के आतंक से बचाए। इनकी जनसंख्या को काबू में रखने के लिए इनके शिकार का आदेश पारित करिए। और इन जानवरों को आरक्षित सूची से बाहर करे…जिससे किसानों का भला हो सके।

Please give more consideration for Urban Planning, building new cities, in order to spread population. Set a target for population density and begin working towards that. I believe, setting and achieving such a target is only way to improve the standard of living of all.

Healthcare is the biggest employer and India can use better health facilities and new hospitals along with primary care. Incentivise primary care setups and bring new courses in primary healthcare as family medicine and general practice. You will have humongous increase in employment rates.

For job creation, Implement shift basis work- 8hrs x 5 days, 10hr shifts x 4 days with Max 40hrs or as suitable /week. Along with this base pay on hourly basis, penalty rates like working from 6pm to 6 am will be paid 2 % extra every hour and weekends will be paid 25% extra each hour, public holiday work, overtime-pay 2x This can be implemented as a pilot program in a metro city or a single state and if successful then nationwide.

The Income tax exemption limit for salaried person is Rs 150,000 .But at senior level salaried person does not get benefit of it because our PF CONTRIBUTION is only covered, the rest of investment in LIC premium does not cover because of of more than Rs 150,000/-.so my suggestion is to increase the limit more than Rs 200,000

In order to give some relief to tax payer , please create a separate section for child tution fee .So that people can invest for their future . Now a days tution fee itself cover around 1.5 lakh total limit provided under section 80 C.

• Increase the standard deduction value and let go the different deductions that are there under various sections. This will help both the tax payer and the Auditor. • Incentivize individuals who guy Green vehicles by reducing the road tax by 50 % or include a higher provision for deduction in personal income for few years say 2~ 3 yrs time. • Health is a basic need. For Medical insurance premiums , the GST value of 18 % as service tax should be reduced drastically … may be 5 %.

Respected Finance ministerji In order to encourage people to file their income tax returns, pay tax and also to help those who are adhering / Contributing tax for the country , I have a suggestion as follows • Pay back a certain amount ( fix a %) based on the cumulative value of tax paid by the individual all along of his working years until he turns 60 yrs old, like an interest paid on his total tax value. Pay back can be made directly to the individuals bank account until his death.

#Railways 1. रेलवे के प्रोजेक्ट के लेट होने का सबसे बड़ा कारण है जमीन अधिग्रहण में होने वाली देरी है ।कृपया रेलवे के अधिकार क्षेत्र को बढ़ाए उसे ऐसा कानूनी अधिकार दे जिससे रेलवे बिना किसी मंत्रालय की अड़चन से, तेज़ी से जमीन अधिग्रहण कर #railways प्रोजेक्ट समय पर पूरे कर सकें। 2. #IndoreDahodRailwayline प्रोजेक्ट में हो रही देरी को रोकने के लिए…वन मंत्रालय/ विभाग को खरमोर अभ्यारण और वन क्षेत्र के लिए शीघ्र N.O.C. जारी करने को कहे…और जिला कलेक्टरों को अधिग्रहण में तेजी का आदेश दे।
