5 years mandatory two wheeler insurance should be removed, nowadays automobiles are costing more, two wheelers are costing 25k more which is not encouraging lower middle classes to fulfill their dream, even after BS6 they will cost even more and it will result in lesser consumption, only tax cuts won't help, government should focus on how to reduce prices of every products so that consumption starts increasing and our GDP grows faster, besides this GST rates should be reviewed to promote consumption

1- Govt should make a plan regarding profit based loan system like islamic development bank for their customer .Govt should provide loan to enterpnuers by analysing their bussines idea and govt should not charge any interest on the loan amount but Govt must take that loan amount back in prescribed period and if that business concern earned profit in those years so then that bussines concern should share a certain part of profit with government 2 Sea/river transportation 3 small economic hubs

As a tax payer, These are few suggestions from my side. Now a days, Hospital charges are really costly, Please provide health insurance from government side for all tax payers. (May be, You can consider the tax paid by citizen in last 3 or 5 years) For Home buyers, You are giving Awaas Yojana only for the people with income less than 18 lpa. You need to increase this limit or this should be applicable for all the people whose house cost is less than 75 lakhs.
