1) Categories the cities according to tiers Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3
2) Rebate should not be only saving based it should also be expenditure based according to the city tier like HRA.
3) HRA should be tier city wise instead on Metro / Non Metro wise.
4) Other expenses like Standard deduction, Child Education , Medical Expenses should also be city tier wise.

Respected Financial minister
I am a student in class 12 CBSE here's my suggestion for this year annual budget 2020.
I suggest you to give some income tax and corporate tax reduction if a person or a company uses solar energy or any other renewable energy source for their daily usage, and on the other hand you can increase tax on equipment for using these renewable, hence as a result you can trick people into using environment friendly resources and still getting your tax
#environment
Thanks

There should be a system to enable financial institutions to provide interest free loans to the farmers based on the credibility of farmers ( Credibility based on capacity to earn income ) and the credit limit must be fixed on the capacity of farmers to generate income rather than crop loans or credit limit per acre. Farm waiver must be banned and instead , innovations/ New practices must be encouraged through DBTs.

I request Hon PM/Hon FM to empathize with senior citizens who do not get pension & whose income are lower than min of taxable limit so that these persons would have more cash in their hands. The limit of SCSS may please be increased to Rs. 20 L for each & the period may pl be increased to 8 years from present 5 years for these persons. Similarly limit of pension thru LIC which is at 8% may pl be increased to Rs. 20L for these persons. They wd have more cash in their hands.

To bring more people into tax net we should incentivize reporting income.
Government should start a scheme - the labourers of informal sector - construction workers housemaid, salesmen etc. shall be given bonus by government equal to their wage paid by the employer in their bank account.

I think depreciation expenditure should be allowed for salaried employees. This would give boost to the ailing auto sector. If depreciation expenses are not allowed, the standard deduction should be increased to 15% of salary or 40000/- which ever is more.
