Business houses buy luxury cars for personal use costing several crores in company name to claim depreciation benefits to lower tax liability. In fact this amount comes indirectly from banks in the form of loans for expanding business. Government shall put a cap on the cost of vehicle and limit on depreciation for claiming the benefit. However, taxi operators or commercial vehicles may continue to get the depreciation benefits as earlier.

As long as INPUT TAX CREDIT is allowed to businessmen, generation of fake bills cannot be curtailed. To weed out this malpractice, my humble request to you is to remove the very concept of INPUT TAX CREDIT and instead reduce the rate of GST tax, in such a manner that there is no loss of revenue to the government

Government shall focus on increase in cconsumption to increase in gst collection rather increase in gst rates. Increase in gst rates will dampen the markets further. For this, personal tax shall be reduced. Income upto 8 lakhs shall be made tax free. Giving tax rebates to corporates will neither increase in investment s nor lift the markets. So, corporate tax shall be brought back to earlier levels to compensate the tax rebate given in personal tax rates

- Secure Fixed Deposits upto 10 Lacs atleast. If it calls for Group Insurance of Policy with some yearly premium, pls do that. - Like Dearness Allowance (DA) is linked to Inflation, pls do same FD Interest .. Just so that, FD becomes more lucrative. - LTA should be every year (instead of alternate year) - This will boost Travel & Tourism industry and money will free flow. - Reduction of Income Tax (irrespective of salary levels) for Salaried people. Compensate it by Banking Transaction Tax

The retail price of the goods should be strictly followed at MRP as the retail price is more than 100 times the cost and after GST shoppers are looting the customers a lot.
