part 5 Another step in this could be ...since I belong to Delhi so I am giving example of Delhi NCR, if we reduce the circle rate of property in NOIDA near Delhi this could be another game changing factor in the same path. Its my suggestion I think that may make a change in economy. Request you to consider it.

part 4 At this point I suggest to reduce the property transaction tax not 1-2%, that may not make a big deal but we reduce it to 1-2%. The user/buyer will be paying the same amount as there will be no black money involved since as a general transaction about 75% was black money involved in each property transaction.

Part 3 We have provided 45000 crores to discontinued real estate projects. A good move but with more than half will go in deficits of builder and so output will be about 20% or lesser as expected. we have reduced the income tax of corporates by 8% a huge change but that will go again in filling the deficit of that sector only.

Part 2 so every industry including banking comes in picture. and last but not least we also renovate so service industry. and for this we also try our best to fulfil all above so works harder in each and every aspect of life. so finally the thing is all has become silent because there is no property transactions.

Sir,My suggestion is for Sr.Citizens condition improvement.Sr.Citizens are dependent on the interest income from there FD in banks. Last year in budget St.Deduction of Rs.40000 was given to Govt .Employees and was also given to pension holders. But there are many public undertakings like SAIL,ONGC,BHEL etc.where there is no pension. My suggestion is to give St.Deduction to all Sr.Citizens.This will help them to some extent. Thanks
