Please provide 6% of GDP to education. In addition, please give enough budget for Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) to universalise it and to convert all Anganwadis to full day-care centres that work from 8AM to 6PMfor 0 to 3 year-olds, with full-time regularised government employees. Shift 3 to 6 year-olds to education department for free and compulsory pre-primary education. Introduce option of vocational stream in free and compulsory secondary education for 15 to 18 year-olds.

Considering high rate of suicides in hostels by students, the investment to be made for installing Anti Suicide device to be made GST free. As an engineer, I have invented Anti Suicide Fan Rod to curb suicide by use of fan. My firm is proprietorship has MSME Udyog Aadhar No. and is in operation for over two years. But, my life saving product attracts 18% GST. It will help if GST is removed. Also, use of such Anti Suicide Device to be made compulsory. www.goldlife.co.in.

I suggest that long term capital gains tax levied presently on equities transactions should be abolished. This would help long term retention of equities helping the business and Industry.

India should be one nation though small unites must be controlled by state government. In my view all employees of India must be covered under one pay commission. In 2020 budget include all Government Sector Banks and Corporations employees as Central Government employees for Pay and Emoluments . And instruct to all state governments to follow center government for employees pay scales. best of luck Madam Finance Minister..../././.

The government of India doing well . But from my point of view there are many drawbacks in the field of education and youth development. The proper education and also the format of syllabus is not good. Thus I have some ideas and steps for progress in this field. The internship is needed.training in micro level is necessary also self defence training is important for woman empowerment.

After reducing Corporate taxes it is high time that Income Tax rates are also reduced and simplified. I think that there may be nil tax upto income of 5 lakhs, from 5 to 10 lakhs 10 percent. From 10 to 20 lakhs 20 percent and above 20 lakhs 30 percent. All surcharges and exemptions may be removed. Every Indian household should be made to pay the Tax irrespective of any categorisation. Agriculturists should also be brought under its purview. Many industiarlists evade tax by agriculture income.
